The chicken is seasoned all the way through not just on the outside. You can tell this is not an afterthought spice situation. If you want flavor without heat you can get it. If you want heat with flavor pick spicy. We did. It is the sweet spot for anyone who knows their way around spice. The tenders taste like they were marinated because the flavor is built in. I am a pickle in every bite kind of person and these pickles understand the assignment. They cut the richness and bring balance to every bite. The bread deserves its own moment. It reminds me of a Hawaiian roll but less sweet and more savory which works beautifully here. Do not skip the honey drizzle. It sounds optional but it is not.
