    Chorizo breakfast burrito
    Alexis A.

The breakfast burrito grease was INSANE! The burrito was DRIPPING in greasey red oil from the chorizo. Idk who they are trying to kill but DO NOT eat their chorizo burritos. This could legit send anyone into a coma. Not to mention I had to clean all of this up bc it was DRIPPING in my car and floor.

Very clean, fast and affordable. I am vegan so these are not many choices without animal products. They do have fresh made to order juices. I got a veggie burrito which had whole beans and rice was quite good when pared with their variety of salsas.

Tacos $1.99 on Sunday and Tuesday a lot of meats!

    Cali Burrito
    T T.

The Cali Burrito is huge and absolutely delicious--packed with flavor and super satisfying. Pro tip: don't skip the red sauce from the salsa bar. It takes everything to the next level!

This is a big portion for an affordable price and it tasted really good. The only thing is I asked for red salsa and they gave me green, other than that Definitely go here. Food is amazing and it's open 24 seven and they serve breakfast burritos all day.

Threw it away I can't even open it I am just so disgusted.

Since every state in Mexico cooks staples differently we were curious to try Oaxacan Cuisine. The restaurant feels like a restaurant in Mexico, we sat in the second back room and we felt like we were transported to a restaurant town in Mexico. The server was great, nice and friendly and the food was amazing! I ordered their Oaxacan Style Ceviche and it was so good! It came out in a molcajete style plate, and it looked small, however it wasn't, the portion was generous! Our family member ordered the pozole and they shared it was also delicious. (We didn't try it because we don't eat poultry but it smelled so good). Overall great stop, and we will be stopping by when we're back in the Rocklin area.

I ordered from their Mezcalito Specials menu (green) and chose the Baja Fish Tacos ($18). I like the part that it came with rice and black beans. It included two fish tacos. Since I couldn't decide between grilled or fried I got one of each. The fish were beer battered with cabbage, mango, pico, avocado | opted out of the cilantro and onion | Chipotle Aioli on the side just in case I found it too spicy for my taste. It turned out that it added to wonderful flavors on the tacos. Unfortunately, the chips and salsa was not complimentary. Purchase separately. The servers were friendly and welcoming and it made for a pleasant first time experience! There are two dining sections so don't fret when you see the dining area full as you enter the restaurant. There is also a picnic bench under covered roof outside patio dining. You won't be disappointed! No wonder they are at almost perfect 5-stars in Yelp. Instagram: @mezcalitorocklin Review #4055

BWE ordered a burrito bowl without sour cream and cheese (food allergies). The fish taco was bigger than I thought it would be and it was incredible! So flavorful and juicy. It was filled with fish, lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo. The fish was grilled perfectly. I could have eaten five of those. (I'm still thinking about it.) The super burrito was so tasty! The steak was delicious, and was perfectly accompanied by the beans, rice, pico, sour cream and guac. Again, the portion was huge. BWE really enjoyed her burrito bowl, which was more like a taco salad but I'm not complaining. Staff was great! Service was quick. They have a salsa bar with great salsas. I had a hard time choosing so I went with three of them. This is a must visit!

Our guests couldn't stop talking about the food--people were going back for seconds and even thirds! Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. The team was friendly, professional, and helped make the event stress-free. If you're planning a graduation party, birthday celebration, family gathering, or any special event, I highly recommend Taqueria La Bonita. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Whether you're stopping by for a meal, drinks, or both, you really can't go wrong. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is Alex. He is an amazing mixologist and always goes above and beyond with his drinks. Every cocktail l've tried has been pertectly crafted, creative, and packed with flavor. If you're looking for recommendations, trust Alex he never disappoints. It's clear he takes pride in what he does, and it definitely shows in every drink he serves. The atmosphere is welcoming, fun, and perfect for a night out with friends, family, or even a casual date night. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel like a valued customer. It's not often you find a place that consistently delivers great food, outstanding drinks, and excellent service, but Don Q's Cantina does exactly that. This is easily one of my favorite local restaurants, and I highly recommend stopping by if you haven't already. I'll definitely be back again and again.

I didn't read or listen carefully enough that the skirt steak with sauteed onions and bell peppers are covered in Spanish sauce. The sauce is actually quite tasty with a little kick. I used it and the salsa to flavor the black beans. However, I really just wanted grilled steak. I should have ordered steak fajitas, a grilled steak burrito or quesadilla, or a carne asada plate. The Steak a la Chicana was a generous portion, which is definitely 2 meals for me. Cilantro rice wasn't anything special. The SWEET CORN TAMALITO is yummy comfort.
