Entrana Churrasco Outside Skirt Steak

Strolling in the Fort Myers area to visit our son at Uni and were craving for Peruvian food. We found this gem from yelp and decided to try it out. Everything we ordered was delicious. If you're in the Fort Myers area, you should check this place out there are plenty of seating. The place was in a plaza but when you walk in there is that steakhouse vibe. staff was welcoming, it was busy lunch time but service was quick. The price were in the higher end but the portions were huge. There were a few take home boxes in the end. here's what we ordered: first we started off with Some calamari Trio ceviche dish. We decided to order Tostones to pair with the ceviche. Special of the day was a ceviche dish with seafood fried rice. Medium rare skirt steak with fries Jalea mixta For dessert with has the churro with ice cream and the Peruvian donuts. Leave room for dessert. The donuts are a must!

Went for dinner on a girls trip this week and we made it right before happy hour ended, which was a welcomed surprise. We sat at the bar and ordered some drinks, and tapas, before ordering our food to go. Leticia our bartender was fantastic! She was so warm and inviting and knew which drinks and tapas we would like, and she was right. We had walked in to just order takeout and her friendly demeanor had us staying for happy hour. This restaurant is really nice and big and had some great decor. The drinks were delicious and made really well, and the tapas did not disappoint in any way. Definitely a great find, and one of the best spots we ate at while on a trip. If we're ever in the area again, we will stop by!

During our trip to Florida we stopped and tried El Gaucho Inca for dinner. My wife and I got the Parrilladas family platter to share. The platter came with 4 different types of steak, pork chops, chicken, sausage, and two sides. The steaks were cooked more towards medium and were very good. The pork and chicken had been marinaded in a flavorful sauce which was very tasty. The entire platter was enough to feed at least 4 people, so we had plenty of leftovers. The service was great and the interior was modern and had a latin flare. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I went for the first time today. The staff as polite. The waitress was pleasant and informative. We ordered the fish and shrimp ceviche; it was fresh and full of flavor. My wife ordered the Lomo Saltado; I went with the Picante de Camarones. Both dishes were outstanding. We then tried two desserts. We will definitely go back.

This establishment had a location in Naples. I was very disappointed when they closed. I knew they opened in Estero, but it seemed like it was never the right time to try the place. On 5/20/2023 became the right time. It's not easy when your order was wrong to give a place 5 stars. But I pointed at what I wanted as I could not pronounce it. So, who is to blame? What is interesting is the menu is much smaller than the Naples menu. But, the choices are plenty. The menu is in sections 1.Ceviche 2. Appetizers 3.Peruvian 4. Chef's Choice 5. Argentinian Grill I chose the "Fettuccini Verde con Entrana steak with pesto sauce" Which was flap steak with a pesto sauce on the fettucine noodles. I received Fettuccini a La Huancaina Steak Anticuchero. I honestly did not know I didn't get what I ordered until I received the bill. There was a price difference, and my mind said the bill should be one price then another showed up. So, I reviewed the bill and saw I didn't get what I ordered. I even put the word Verde in my picture. I didn't see any green but thought oh well. So anyway, it was world class dish. Two beautifully grilled flap steaks with a cream sauce that was out of this world for noodles. Mrs. K ordered "Tallarin Saltado. Simple beef with noodles in a brown sauce with onions and peppers. Very good. There is many numerous choices here with some dishes over $100. If you get to see one of these dishes and all the food that was on the serving it is kind of a deal since it will serve 2 to 4 people. So many dishes so little time. My goal is to become the Duke of this place with an astronomical amount of check-ins.

Cheers!

We came for dinner around 6pm on Saturday and it was packed! There were decorations of gauchos from Argentina and Peru all over the restaurant. Luckily we got a seat at the bar and were able to order right away. We started with a Pisco sour and a caipirinha. We were served some bread while we were waiting which was a nice starter. We ordered the Saltado with seafood and the tallarín verde with steak. The dishes came out pretty quickly despite the crowd. There was more than enough food and we could have shared a plate. The seafood was cooked perfectly and the steak was delicious. We were so full we skipped dessert!

My friends suggested to meet here for lunch over the weekend. That's how I found out about this location in Estero. I had been to El Gaucho Inca in Fort Myers a few times and really like their food. But they seemed to be busy and the service was not on par. On this visit, I had Picante de Mariscos and Trio Ceviches. It was a lot of food for me and my fiancé to share. Food was great as expected from El Gaucho Inca. Service was great. I have to say I like this location better.

This place had a good vibe. It seems they have a very big following. The place got very busy as soon as we sat down. Our server was very professional and attentive. The food was very good and tasteful. The only thing that went wrong was that our steak was cold, but overall, it was good. We did mention it to our waiter, but nothing was done about it, not even the manager came over to apologize.

One of our favorite spots, el gaucho never disappoints. Had dinner with my wife and friends and the food was amazing along with the service. We had their shrimp ceviche followed by empanadas and we had a churrasco cut for dinner. Everything was delicious.

We liked the interior/ambiance of the space for it being in a strip mall. The server was prompt and helpful in her descriptions of the dishes. We found the fish in the ceviche to be rubbery and one of the shrimp seemed off, so not sure about the quality of their seafood. The fried rice was enormous and pretty tasty. The beef and vegetables was also good and the meat was tender. Not sure I would be in a hurry to go back with so many options nearby.

Talleron Verde: i already ate most of it but it was delicious. yellow thing is a potato with sauce

This wad the first time trying Bistro 41. It was delicious! ...and expensive. We started with wine…read moreand I had a Willy Wonkatini (chocolate martini) .. it was really good! (kinda on the smaller side) i did end up getting a second one ($15 each). For apps we got the tuna cervichi and flatbread. (I do not eat raw tuna, so I have no option on that dish. But the rest of the table ate it up) The flat bread was great too. It had black olives, figs, tomatoes and lots of cheese. For dinner we each ordered something different. I got the crab cake stuffed Salmon with seasoned spinach and mashed topped with, what i think the waitress said was lobster sauce.. altho my friend that got the seafood risotto was supposed to have the same sauce on top but hers was a much more red color. The risotto was another great dish. It had scallops, big shrimps and muscles in it. Cooked perfectly. My friend had the Sicilian Penne. He said: It was a delicious pasta dish with sausage and cannellini beans. The Gorgonzola cheese was an amazing addition that really took the dish to the next level. Our server Sydney was great. She let us know they were short staffed some wait ataff and she may have been backed up (there was probably 6 tables in there at the time idk.. where I waitress i have a 12 table station, and its fast paced..) but she still a great job. The restaurant its self love nice after the renovations, but inqoukdnhave never known it was a finer dining place rather then a typical breakfast diner from the outside of it. Ill be back! There were other things on the menu I'd like to try. (Please, dont mind the photos, we were all just so excited to dig in i didn't remember to take pics till we were 1/4 of the way into eating)

Haven't been here is a few years.... Why ?? Don't know. ‍. The food is always good…read more Today is Saturday..... stopped for lunch. Walking in reminds what we've missed. The cooking smells are awesome !! The Bartender was friendly as we sat down at the bar. She brought us a small dish of brined pickles (which are refreshing & the BEST !! ) I ordered a glass of wine & my favorite for a Saturday, the Bison short rib with mashed potatoes & carrots. Tender, delicious and the carrots were firm with a nice buttery flavor. My husband ordered the Bison meatloaf.... Which was very moist & flavorful. NO added salt needed for it was seasoned perfectly. We don't live near Estero, and the other location is in Jacksonville.... would love to stop in more often... but I guess an occasional stop will have to do. YES.....highly recommended.

It's been a year since our last visit to Ted's Montana Grill. Ordinarily, I might not do another…read morereview. But a couple of things were so odd that I must give an update ... and that also means downgrading our experience to three stars. Hopefully management will see this review. It was a post-Christmas Monday, and we did not have reservations. That seemed fine as it was quite empty when we arrived. Had a long wait to be seated and then it was a booth way at the back of the room. I wish we would have said something. In hindsight, we were probably seated there due to available servers and convenience of later parties who were seated towards the front as the restaurant filled up. But it was more walking than DH needed. DH enjoyed his bison bacon cheeseburger. Very messy, but very tasty. (Bison is the one reason we keep coming back to Ted's.) His first choice on draft beer was not available so he settled for the Sam Adam's Cold Snap. With dessert in mind, I had a cup of the bison chili. Better than expected. I had a chopped salad ... side salad size. Many ingredients but odd proportions. Several items seemed like an afterthought. The one item that I wish had been an afterthought was the red onion. Overpowering in flavor ... almost the only thing I could taste. There was also an odd triangle of toast with the salad. Very little flavor. My memory may be faulty, but I seem to remember Ted's use to have biscuits or cornbread. Even a small biscuit or bit of cornbread would have been preferable. I was happy with my Malbec wine. Perhaps not the best choice for the salad, but very good with the chili. On to dessert ... I always look forward to the seasonal apple pecan crisp. Our server Ed said it would take ten minutes to prepare. No problem. I knew it was a very large portion and expected to ask for a takeout box. With that in mind, I asked for the ice cream on the side. Here's where things got strange. Ed brought the check right after we had placed the dessert order and expected us to settle the bill before we had the dessert! What? When the dessert arrived, the ice cream was smack in the center. I reminded Ed that I asked for it in a separate dish. He seemed perplexed so plopped it on a small bread plate (unused) that was still on the table. Ed was certainly friendly enough. Maybe new on the job? More training needed! The dessert was as I remembered ... delicious when warm. Very sweet. Still short on pecans as I noted in a past review. Yes, we will be back for the bison, the apple crisp, and the cute coasters. Just hope the servers get more training.
