I spoke with Justin and he referred me to an email to get properly refunded. Regardless of the issue, he took accountability for the app's faults and apologized, AND gave me all of the drinks. I really appreciated the kindness and attentiveness to this small issue, and his kind gesture to give me all of the drinks just brightened the day :) Thank you again Justin!

Finally got to try Labora on a Friday morning around 9:30, and the place was already bustling…read more There were tons of delivery drivers picking up orders and all the workers behind the counter were busy slinging drinks and organizing everything. There were only about two people ahead of us at the ordering kiosks by the door though, so it moved really quickly. I actually really liked ordering from the kiosk because you can customize your sweetness level and even choose less matcha if you don't want it too strong. Super easy to order and pay, and the crew got our drinks out way faster than I expected considering how busy they were. My husband ordered the pistachio latte and I got the pistachio matcha. Both were super creamy and really well balanced. No bitterness and surprisingly not overly sweet even at 100% sweetness. The cold foam they add does contain dairy, but I chose oat milk for the base of my matcha. I do wish they offered almond milk since oat was the only dairy-free milk option. Overall, the drinks tasted high quality and I really enjoyed my matcha. I was also pleasantly surprised that there wasn't much of a line or wait. The parking lot, however, is crazy. Not many spots and it's your typical Convoy parking situation, so just be prepared for that!

A special thank you to Olivea, Monica, and Noska, who made my visit even better. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They made me a pistachio frappé exactly the way I wanted it, and it was honestly one of the best I've ever had--rich, creamy, perfectly balanced, and absolutely delicious. It's rare to find a café with both amazing drinks and exceptional customer service, but Shaghf Café definitely delivers on both. If you're looking for a place with a great atmosphere, delicious beverages, and staff who genuinely care about making your experience memorable, I highly recommend stopping by. I'll definitely be coming back!

Rude staff and a very disappointing experience…read more My friend ordered a Lotus frappe, and unfortunately, it was not good at all. It tasted more like crushed cookies than an actual frappe, and she was literally chewing on pieces of ice. Since we've ordered the Lotus frappe here before and it was perfectly fine, we figured this was simply an issue with how the drink was made this time. I politely asked if the drink could be remade as a caramel frappe instead, since we knew that one was good. Instead, we were told, "We can't do that, you would have to pay." I'm sorry, but why would we pay again for a drink that was made poorly the first time? We weren't asking for a free drink just because we changed our minds. We were asking for the original drink to be corrected because it was genuinely not drinkable. What really made the situation worse was being told, "We're not a chain like Starbucks to just remake drinks... this will go to waste." Respectfully, if the concern is that the drink will "go to waste," perhaps the better solution would be to make sure the drink is prepared correctly in the first place. I understand that businesses don't want to waste product, but making a customer pay for another drink after receiving one that was poorly made doesn't exactly feel like great customer service either. I'm not expecting the "customer is always right" treatment, and I'm certainly not trying to be difficult. But when a customer genuinely cannot enjoy what they were served, the reasonable thing would be to offer a solution rather than essentially tell them, "Sorry, pay again." We've had good experiences here before, which is why this was especially disappointing. Hopefully this was just an off day, because the way this was handled left a much worse taste than the frappe did.
