Tortilla Dinner Tortilla Chicken Soup

Fantastic menu & service. This place is fantastic and would highly recommend for authentic experience.

Some perks of El Mariachi: + Huge portions, which was made even better because of the price of the dishes. Everything was around or under 15 dollars. I got the 3 combo, which made for excellent leftovers the next day. + They serve you free chips and salsa as soon as you sit down and you're looking through the menu + Something I've never seen before out here: there's a fresh guacamole making cart! They roll this cart with all the fresh ingredients and they make it right in front of you (Be sure to give them a tip in the tip jar) + The venue is huge so it was not crowded at all on a weeknight & the service is speedy.

This chain restaurant serves a wide range of food. We ordered a steak tan pique a and a combination of three tacos etc. We shared a flan for dessert. The helpings were large, we had to take food home. We had to take food home, almost another meals worth. The margaritas were decent. The waitstaff staff was probably the best thing about the place. And the prices were reasonable.

such a good local Mexican food spot. Chips and salsa are served as soon as you are seated. Margaritas always come out good and now overly sweet. The Al Pastor tacos are always my go to when I come here. Servers are fast, attentive, and friendly. There is also so much seating here, I've never had to wait. Even on a busy night!

We love this place so much that we came here to celebrate my 5 year old's birthday! It was so fun and my kid got this awesome hat put on his head. They sang a fun birthday song and let me bring in a birthday cake for them to bring out with candles on it. Thankful that his birthday was on a weekday so it was way less crowded. The kids love the chips and they have a great kids menu.

Today while in East Providence we searched Yelp for a Mexican restaurant. Coming across El Mariachi we decided to try it out. They'd just opened for lunch and other than the Mexican style music playing it was very quiet. We were offered a nice booth. The service was great and pleasant. Our food arrived quickly and looked very appetizing. I enjoyed how the refried beans were served in a small tortilla bowl a nice little touch to the plating. We both enjoyed our meal and dessert. Four hours later I'm still full! The prices were reasonable and everything was clean. As vegetarian and pescatarian we didn't have many choices but the choices were good.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We waited 5 minutes before being seated and were served chips and salsa. Our waiter was friendly and patient with us and our children. The margaritas were strong and the food was very good

What an awesome takeout meal from start to finish! My hubby and I were very impressed! Super easy to order, they packaged everything up so nicely and everything was nice and hot!!! The complimentary Chips & Salsa were so delicious! Freshly made and served nice and warm! The salsa was very tasty too!!! For my meal, I had the Delicious Pollo a la Crema with tender, sliced chicken breast and mushrooms simmered in a delicious cream sauce served with yummy Mexican rice!!! (I omitted the beans and asked for extra rice instead). It was all just SOOO good!!! Will definitely be back!!

POLLO EN MOLE

One of the best COVID takeout dishes yet! We started with fresh warm chips and salsa (always a good start) which were still warm and delicious. I enjoyed my first drink to go with an amazing jalapeño margarita! Sooo good!!! For my main dish I ordered Pollo En Mole. I have found one good way to test the authenticity of a Mexican restaurant is to try their mole. This one nailed it with the perfect taste of peanuts, chocolate, and chili peppers (other secret spices in there as well I am sure. When I had my wife try it the first thing that she said was "it tastes like that delicious dish that we had in Mexico". We will definitely be coming back soon!

A ton of food for a reasonable price. Great service and cute birthday celebrations in the restaurant!

We enjoyed a delicious meal here, the staff were excellent and very friendly!! The restaurant it self was clean and they even have a super cute guacamole cart!! The rice wasn't my favorite part, and tasted a bit bland.

Fiesta Sampler

Finally, it's open! We had gone to the Seekonk location once when it was still attached to the Ramada and we enjoyed it so we had been waiting patiently for this location to open. So glad it's standalone - we always thought it was a strange setup at the hotel. I had been inside this building so had no idea what it looked like previously, but they did a beautiful job with what it is now. The parking can be tight if it gets packed but we were able score a spot. They start you off with chips and salsa and don't worry, they refill promptly if you finish - try not to fill up b/c there's plenty more food to come. We started with the Fiesta sampler (nachos, mini cheese quesadillas, mini flautas, mini taquitos and wings). Next time, we will go with the table side guac bc the sampler was super filling - but no regrets! I got the Pollo a La Crema and my bf got the Loco Burrito. Wow - everything was delicious! I was on the fence with getting my dish but our server insisted and I'm glad he did! Super tasty and filling. My bf enjoyed his burrito as well - said the steak was seasoned nicely. The service was wonderful - everyone was super friendly and they were very attentive. Food came out hot and fresh, glasses were never empty and dishes were cleared promptly. Glad they are finally open and can't wait to go back!

Good place for Mexican food, especially for lunch. They have lots of options including burritos, enchiladas and the lunch specialities. Got the steak charro which turned out to be pretty gooD. The sauce especially was amazing and had lots of good flavors. Portion size is huge. All items were around 9-11$. Didn't try any cocktails but seemed liKe they had a good variety there as well. Overall good experience. There's tones of parking around the restaurant. Service was very good! Tableside guac is unique in this place, must try!

I really enjoy their elote, and the chips and dips are pretty good as well. I did not take a picture, but I did order a pineapple plate that came with chicken and rice served in half of a pineapple. Honestly, it was not worth the money at all. There was barely any food, just half a pineapple I did leave that day with a bit disappointed. The food is good overall, but I have not tried anything that really stood out. I would mainly go for the drinks, guacamole, and chips. Location: This location is in Seekonk and is in a pretty secluded area with free parking. It is definitely a casual place to go with friends and family, and it also works well for a casual day out. Service: The service has always been good. I have not had any issues any of the times that I have gone.

I ordered from the menu at the front as I wanted takeout. The woman there was super nice and friendly. Didn't take long before my Birria tacos came out. Absolutely delicious! Came with some very tasty rice too. And that dip? Omg! Magnificent! Had chips and salsa too. So delicious! I will 100% be back and would love to sit at the bar too. The drinks I saw looked incredible. Highly recommend!

Wow. If you're looking for a spot that has amazing food, beautiful art and design aspects, friendly…read moreservice, and plates to share, Aguardente is the place for you. A friend and I came in and put our names on the waitlist, waited for about 45 minutes at a bar down the street, and then had some of the most fulfilling tapas ever! We got a Prosciutto & Salpicao board, the Queijo de Cabra, and Frijol Dip. I also got a nice portuguese red wine that paired well with some of the cheese we received. We sat in a very sweet and cozy nook and enjoyed every minute! I will be back when it's warm out and the front patio is open!

My friend and I came here on Father's Day expecting it to be packed, which it was, but there were…read morestill a few tables available, both inside and outside. At their front patio, they had the World Cup game playing, but the back patio felt cozier so we opted for that. The inside though was a strong second since the lighting is very low, creating a cool and calm environment. Walking through the restaurant to get to our table made me realize that each table is unique, no two are decorated the same or have the same furniture. It was a hot day but the overhead mesh cover blocked out a lot of the sun. Our waitress made us feel very welcome from the start and told us about their drink and food specials. My friend ordered Guatemalan beer as well as a Spanish beer. For food, we ordered the plantain fries, octopus, calamari, and shrimp salad, and grilled lamp chops. The seafood salad came out first. According to the menu, it was going to be paired with cornbread. It looked like sourdough bread but had a far denser consistency. I was expecting the salad to have lots of shrimp to act as a filler but surprisingly, it was about 60% octopus, 25% calamari, 10% shrimp, and 5% onions. The seafood was very flavorful, tasted fresh, and cooked perfectly. The portion size was great for two. Next came the plantain fries, which I was least impressed with as it was essentially fried plantain chunks. I think it would have been better if they were cut into smaller pieces that can be easily dipped and consumed in one bite. The plantain was gently ripe, so just a little sweet and the dipping sauce was like a less sour sour cream. Lastly, the lamp chops came out and the presentation was wonderful. They were a bit skinnier and less tender than that I was expecting, but flavor wise they were good. We enjoyed the food, ambiance, and service here.
