This place was better than I expected after reading several negative reviews. We went here on a Thursday evening to see a live performance in the back room. We ordered a chicken quesadilla to share with rice & beans ~ it was a decent size and very good. There were a lot of people there but our server managed to get us our food quickly. There is also a big area in the front for customers and 2 bar areas. Perfect for private parties and/or larger groups. I would definitely go back. *At night there is plenty of free parking on the side streets *Valet Parking at the front entrance

I remember coming here years ago and I thought it was a lot smaller than what it is now. This place is huge! It seemed like they have live events in the back and that totally explains why this place is always packed with cars in the front. When you arrive, there is only valet parking and I believe it was around $5 (please don't quote me on that). As you arrive, the hostess greets you at the frontt and sits you at a table or booth to the right. However, you can see a huge banquet room or something straight ahead with a stage for live acts. The place is dope because it has a bar area and tv's to catch the games and it's pretty live in there! The place is clean and fun and the vibe will have you turn up! There's a mariachi band that walks around and plays music at the tables, while enjoying your food. (staying on brand with the name of the restaurant). I went with the Camarones Al Mojo De Ajo which is Shrimp cooked on homemade veggies garlic butter sauce. Served with rice, beans, pico de gallo and tortillas. My boy got the cream chicken enchiladas which was cheese and chicken enchiladas topped with homemade cream sauce. Served with rice, beans, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream. We both enjoyed our meals and the service was great. Also, our waitress was cool and very attentive making sure our water glasses were full every chance she got. This place wasn't mind blowing but it was super solid and I've already recommended it to several of my friends. OOOO 4 out of 5 Afros

The wifee wanted to try this place out, so we decided to visit for dinner. As we pulled in, the first thing I noticed was the Valet parking for $10, I asked if I could self park, they said it was fine, however still charged me $10, there was only a couple cars when we arrived. Entered the restaurant, besides my wife and I there were two other families dining. Were sat right away, the server came by shortly after being seated, he was accommodating , brought a small sample of their sauce used for their molcajete ( spiciness level) , brought warm tortilla chips and refried beans (yum), food had good flavor, piping hot and drinks kept topped off. All in food (one ice tea and one water) tip and valet, south of $100, while I understand, everything has gotten more expensive, $100 for two w/out liquor, seems expensive to me. Would we return, only with free or validated parking and cost was 20% less.

Came here for a birthday on a Friday night and was really impressed. The place was packed and had a full mariachi performance, which made the night super fun. The vibe is great, half restaurant, half live venue, though it does get loud as expected. Service was a solid 10/10, and everyone was really friendly. The servers and performers made the night so much fun. The drinks were amazing too. I had the spicy chipotle burrito, definitely wasn't spicy but so flavorful and reasonably priced. We also shared chips and guac, which were seriously delicious. Perfect spot for a loud lively dinner out.

Went to taco Tuesday here and I was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and the price was even better. The bartender Carlos was kind and attentive. The michelada was delicious as well

    Are there Mariachi Mon-Fri night?

Do you still have Sunday brunch?

Will you be playing the LAFC vs Galaxy game on Saturday, 5/8?

Will you be showing the Pacquiao/Thurman boxing match this sat 7/20?

Do they have Mariachis, if so, what are the times they play on a Saturday? Thank you!!

Yes they do have Mariachis and they played around 8:30pm on Saturday, when we went.

Do they have sunday Brunch? Price?

I'm not exactly sure. They open at 11 so maybe try calling around 10:30am and ask. Good luck and Enjoi

Game changer social media promoted both World Cup AND Love Island watch parties. The Iron Sheik cocktail and the Margarita flight was very good. I wish I had read my last review from 9 yrs ago before revisiting this place today…read more Let me tell you about the good things first... this won't take long. Kelley, our server, was a sweetheart. And the glass of wine was a nice pour and a decent wine. I like that they let you in for something to drink before officially opening for the day. Cue record scratch... now about that food. No, we did not order the wrong thing and no, IMO, they were not just having a bad day. Look at these Huevos Rancheros with "house hash, tostadas and 3 eggs"... those are chips (I think from a bag of tortilla chips) so not really a tostada, no way there were three eggs in that thing (from what I could see)... not sure what the "house hash" is but nothing I could identify on the plate. I know a lot of people might leave a restaurant and say "I could have made that at home" but there is no way I would make something this crappy at home. LOOK at this Avocado Toast with "avocado spread"... that is some thin smear of something green but when you are calling something "Avocado Toast" there should be a substantial amount of the hero ingredient (and maybe not call it "avocado spread" on your menu description. To me, that says, "Look we don't want to call this a "rustic mash of avocado" or "Hass smash" or "hand-crushed ripe avocado" because we know you are actually going to SEE it in front of you in about 15 minutes and "avocado spread" won't lead to a major disappointment." But it did. And this slab of dry plywood that they were calling toast. I turned to my wife and in my best Sebastian Manascalco said, "Why would you do that??" This place mostly failed on food. The food at the other tables looked equally pathetic. Gotta say... all of the cooked egg components of each dish were decent but the rest of the items were like WTF? Ambiance? It's OK... I mean it was a bar with a ton of TVs going. Semi-nice vibe for a sports bar... lots of room. Just can't get over the food. We ate about half of our sodium bombs and left. But parts of the eggs were lovely... as was Kelley.

Afterward, we headed to Best Ball where we ate, drank, laughed, and spent a couple of hours having a great time. The food was really good, the drinks were flowing, and the atmosphere was fun without feeling overcrowded. There's a full bar and a large restaurant area with plenty of seating, so it was easy for everyone to hang out together. The service here is amazing they took care of us and we had a DJ and a photo booth outside to make it more festive! The babe even brought the cake over the day before and they were so great at keeping it. Whether you're there to golf, celebrate, or just spend time with friends, this place is a great spot. My favorite people, lots of laughs, good food, and a surprise birthday I'll never forget. What more could I ask for? We run here in the dark, daytime and evenings and pass this restaurant all the time we will be coming here more often. Lots of parking out in the front. My husband and I stopped in on a Sunday for a quick drink before a movie, and the "vibe" was non-existent. They have four TVs at the bar, but the setup was bizarre, two were completely off and another was just frozen on a directory logo. The biggest issue, however, is the cleanliness--or lack thereof. The place is incredibly dirty. It feels like it hasn't had a deep clean in weeks, maybe longer. The bar top was disgusting, the floors were grimy, and even the woodwork looked like it hadn't seen a rag since opening day. They are charging $17 for "signature cocktails," which is bold for a spot that feels like a neglected dive bar. If you're going to charge premium prices, you have to at least wipe down the countertops. Service-wise, the bartender was friendly enough but low energy and minimal level of service. To make matters worse, a shift change happened while we were there, and the departing bartender made us close out our check and start a brand-new one with the next person. Why should the staff's administrative hand-off be the customer's issue? It's just unprofessional. The Valley has so many actual dive bars with character and plenty of high-end spots for a great cocktail; I'm not sure where this place is trying to fit in. It feels like someone bought it and just stopped caring. We won't be back.
