We happened upon this restaurant looking to have a late lunch. We arrived just as their normal lunch hours ended, so we were not able to order any lunch menu items. I was slightly disappointed because what I really wanted was on the lunch menu. However, my second option was acceptable. The restaurant was staffed by one person in the front of the house acting as host and server. It wasn't busy, so service should be speedy. We were seated and given a basket of chips and a small canter of salsa. Our beverages were delivered promptly. We finished the salsa and chips. I was hoping for a refill, but none came. Our meals were delivered in a reasonable amount of time, as well. The food was hot when arrived. The plate was very hot to the touch, which made me wonder if it was in the oven or under a heat lamp. My burrito was good, but the rice seemed a little dry. We were offered drink refills. It took a while for our check to arrive. We out our credit card on the payment tray and waited for the host to pick it up. The host was busy rolling silverware rather than pay attention to customers ready to leave. He passed by our table a couple of times as he sat a couple of new diners that arrived, but didn't take our payment that was sitting on the table. He just went back to rolling silverware. The tables are separated by a short wall. I had to put the payment on the top of the wall so he would see we are ready to leave. Overall, it took about 15 minutes for the host to pick up our payment. Fortunately, we were not in a rush. My lunch companions were not impressed and said we would not return. read more

Terrible service! I eventually got an okay burrito and at an okay price, but it was a very disappointing process. I was largely ignored while I was trying to have a meal. I had to go look for someone to ask to have a water refilled, I wasn't asked if my meal was alright and I wasn't ever brought my check. I finally gave up and went up to the cash stand without a check. Worst of all, two parties who came in after I did had their orders taken before I ever met my waiter. One of these parties got their food, ate their food and left the restaurant and I still hadn't received my meal. Per the employees' implicit request, I won't be back. read more

Everytime I order something over the phone or online i never get what I order. They always leave my cheese out. I ordered online translated the Spanish to English there was an option for no cheese I didn't click it and when I got home with my food there was no cheese on my food. We're ordering takeout during the Pandemic and the food is still good. We miss the dine-in experience and will be back as soon as we get the green light or a vaccine...or both. The aroz con pollo is my husband's favorite. They allow me to order arroz con vegetales off the menu... both are excellent. Don't miss the large Guacamole. I've gotten take out many times and the food is good most of the time. However this evening I called in to make an order and they picked up and sat the phone down and never hung it up. I understand what their point was (not to take any take out orders) but a restaurant should be able to say we are busy and unable to take take out orders right now. Laying the phone down on a patron is completely rude and very unprofessional. I read other reviews stating the same thing which will get around in a small town. I live 2 mins from the restaurant so I drove in to put my order in and told them their phone wasn't working, the guy behind the counter gave me a dirty look. While waiting on my order I saw what I can only assume was something gross in the ice chest. The employee that gave me the dirty look had made tons of soft drinks... the other employee went to make one and looked down. He got a bucket down and a styrofoam cup and put his back to everyone and started scooping out ice and you could tell he was trying to get all of something out as he scooped ice around still looking after he stopped pulling ice out to put in the bucket. Was the chest pain emptied? No! More ice was brought out with the same bucket to cover up the ice that had just been picked through. Do better! read more

One of our favorite local restaurants! We love the food and the staff is always friendly. Their guacamole is outstanding!

The food here is excellent! We've never had a bad meal here, and they also have great drinks, as well. Every time we get take out, it's great, but dining in is not our favorite. The service is pretty lack luster 90% of the time. Once we came to dine in and stood at the hostess table waiting for someone to greet us for over 10 minutes. Multiple people looked at us but never said anything, so we ended up walking out. Carry out seems to be the way to go. read more

Small and cute restaurant decorated with cheerful vibrant colors. Very clean. The salsa was pretty mild (never thought I'd ever say that) and could have been spicier. Gr8 flavor however. Having a strawberry margarita. Can't taste the tequila! Disregard my comment about the salsa, it sneaks up on you! Whew! Yet another restaurant with employees wearing masks but not covering there noses!!! I also noticed they are not sanitizing tables after guests leave. They are using the same rag for every table! Service was gr8 and my chimichanga was super good. The guacamole was excellent, just wished there was more of it. I would have given 4 stars if they had taken more precautions against this pandemic. The restaurant was very clean and bright with a lot of color. The sevice was outstanding and friendly. The quality of the food was by far the highlight of our experience. There were 6 of us and we each had something different.. I personally had the carnitas and the meat was grilled to perfection!
