We called the store and spoke to a manager. He said he would refund. We brought the unopened boxes back, paid with a credit card for a refund or replacement. An employee asked us to come back later when a manager would be there. Which we did. The manager refused to refund or replace said we should have returned the product before expiration. Calls and emails to corporate executives went unanswered. Talk about penny wise and pound foolish. They have lost our business for ever. AND WE CONTINUE TO SHARE THIS NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH FRIENDS!

They were not ready on time, and I was quoted 40 minutes for them being ready. I killed time for 40 minutes and came back, and they were not ready. I could not get an estimate for when they would be ready. The guy working seemed to be trying, but I cancelled...I wasted a solid hour of my afternoon waiting on groceries I never got, which affected my dinner plans. It's disrespectful to the customer to offer this service if you can't fulfill it.

Happily this new space is used mostly for more groceries and more variety, not for dry goods like some other stores. The butcher section is much larger. The deli is somewhat larger and adds some new products such as pre-made sandwiches. It is well-stocked; they were out of only one item that I wanted. There are more checkout lines, although only one was open when I went through (there are also lots of self-check stations). There is now a pharmacy drive-through. There is lots of parking. The store is located in Nine Mile Corner, next to Lowe's Home Improvement.

This is the closest grocery to our apartment. I can walk here…read more It is a huge and well laid out Walmart. They have everything you might think you would find here plus more. The people that work here are very nice and friendly. One young lady, actually walked with me to show me where an item was that I wanted. You don't find that Prices are not as expensive as some other groceries but all food is expensive these days.
