It just missed the mark this time. Enchilada sauce was too sweet, beans and rice were just meh. Portions were a joke. Maybe a 1/2 cup of rice and beans. Kicker was the bone chip in the ground beef. My husband and I shared the Burrito Supremo that came with two burritos. We chose to get one Grilled Chicken and one Steak Burrito and Refried Beans and Rice. We also ordered an extra side of beans and rice. This one meal was enough for both of us. The servers were so good when the food came about knowing who got what! They checked in on us and brought refills for our drinks and cleared our dishes. We really had a good time at el Toro's and enjoyed talking.
