Ordered the "cougar" breakfast burrito. It says bacon, sausage and potatoes . You would think you're getting all ingredients ,but only get eggs and potatoes

The restaurant is close by my daughter's house so we got lunch there this afternoon. I had the Tacos al Pastor and my wife had chicken enchiladas. The Tacos al Pastor were dry but tasted ok. The sides, however, seemed like something you would get out of a can. The high point was actually the chips. I might eat here for convenience but nothing else.

Thankfully, Yelp absolutely came through clutch (as it usually does) and led us to Our Breakfast Place. We intentionally tried to time things to beat the post-church crowd and I think we mostly succeeded... though there was still a little bit of a wait. Thankfully, this place is absolutely worth the wait! The restaurant was bustling and busy but still had a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. The menu was extensive with tons of tempting breakfast options, the prices were very reasonable to me, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our waitress was so kind and friendly and even the women seated nearby struck up conversation with us while we waited for our food. It just had that warm, community-oriented breakfast spot vibe. I ordered the blueberry lemon pancakes which were a seasonal special and wow, they were fantastic. Sweet but not overly so, fluffy, flavorful, and the combo also came with an egg and I chose two slices of bacon. All delicious and certainly plenty filling. The coffee was strong too, which I greatly appreciated. All in all, this was a five-star breakfast experience and the kind of local spot I love discovering while traveling. If I'm ever back in Waco, I'd happily return.

The place was at the end of a shopping strip. The restaurant was bright and typical to any breakfast restaurant Our waiter was nice and answered our questions. I like that they have smaller portions and regular portions. I order the small french toast and with poached egg and sausage. It was just enough since I cutting back, you may need regular portion for a big appetite. Overall it was decent. The food came out quickly and the price was good. I forgot to take pics.

My husband and I chose a traditional breakfast to split with an extra sausage patty. You have to try their sausage. They make their own patties and they are delicious, a little spicy, but delicious. Eggs were scrambled with extra herbs and seasoning, also delicious. My daughter was able to "make her own", which is unusual unless it's an Omelette so this was a nice alternative for someone who likes breakfast but not necessarily eggs and her husband ordered a Chorizo bowl which looked delicious (even though I'm not a Chorizo fan) and he said it was very good! Definitely recommend and would definitely return. They also have cute stickers for us road trippers.

I was alittle confused when the bowl arrived because it looked like the most generic strawberry blueberry granola bowl. I continued to be confused when eating because i could not taste any lavender or pistachio. It was fine tasting but SO not what i thought this meal was going to be. If you want a generic yogurt bowl, order it! I also ordered a side of sweet potato hash which was nothing to rave about. I usually have great experiences here, but today was a bit of a let down.

Waiter immediately recognized us from our last visit & that's pretty impressive, considering we only came ONCE before :) I also love that it's Veteran owned, my husband is a Vet, so we LOVE doing business with Veteran owned establishments! I ordered the Cinnaffle (Cinnamon roll waffle) YUM!!! :P and I also ordered a Junior burger & fries just to try their lunch. Fries are nice & crispy! I think they make their own buns too. My Dad loves their Blueberry sausage! & my toddlers loved their bacon, waffles & fresh blueberries & strawberries. They also have bananas, but my baby doesn't really like bananas. So, it's nice that there's a variety of food kids can eat! My family enjoyed their food & EXCELLENT service from the entire staff, including our waiter! He was ON IT! We never had to ask for refills on our coffee too! We will definitely come again! THANK YOU!!

My godson ordered a breakfast sandwich, but just a heads-up: you build it yourself. Not a dealbreaker, but that's why it looks like somebody already went in on it in the photo. My cousin had the banana French toast, which looked so good that I came back and ordered French toast for myself the second time. And let me say this: the French toast is made in-house and it is SO freakin' good. Like, the bread itself is made in-house. Soft, thick, lightly sweet -- absolutely my favorite thing here. That alone could get its own fan club. The potatoes are solid too, especially if you get peppers and onions added like my cousin did -- definitely levels it up. The only thing to note is that a lot of dishes don't come with sides automatically. If you want eggs, bacon, etc., you'll have to add them separately. Not a bad thing, just something to know so you're not surprised. Overall, the food is good, the homemade French toast is elite, and I'd go back again for breakfast without hesitation.

The staff are always friendly and the food here is amazing!! We came back last Friday to celebrate my birthday. We were greeted by the friendly hostess who seated us promptly since we had reservations. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and my husband ordered the farm breakfast. We ordered the kids breakfast for our 3 year old which came with pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon. We also ordered a side of biscuits with strawberry jam. We got our food hot and made fresh to order. The croissant sandwich was filling and delicious. The croissant was super fluffy and light. Everything was perfect!!! Our son told us that he loved his pancakes. Our waiter came by frequently to check on us and make sure everything was made to our liking. 10/10 recommend for their high quality service and food.
