Apparently this business is NOT officer friendly any and ALL officers of ANY kind should NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER get their shoes done here, my family member had a straighten staple positioned in a place where as soon as he stepped on it after getting his shoes redone re-sold it punctured his foot causing severe pain and bleeding. It was deliberate. This is what THIS BUSINESS DID and it is vile and unacceptable to say the least, and the owner HAS to know and is completely complicit or is completely ignorant of its employees which is even worse. Before I committed to letting them repair the shoes, I ASKED them if they could repair them, they said yes, they charged me, and said they would call me when ready. You would think as a customer: If they said yes to accepting the job, if they charged me for the job, then it means they can do the job, that they have the expertise to do so, right? Wrong. I had to call to get an update, they finally said they were ready and when I get there, the shoes are full of glue, very visible, and the suede is damage. Their lame excuse is they could not fix them...then why charge me if you could not do it? Why commit to only do a sloppy job? Why attempt to do it if you don't have the experience to do it? Worse, why give this excuse and STILL have the audacity to charge and yes not reimburse me for AT LEAST the cost of repairs, which would not even be enough to cover for one shoe!? Stay away, pay more and next time don't do the same mistake I did. Not worth it.

I hired Juan to restore/replace the interior of a 1977 camero - upholstery, carpet, dash-pad,…read moreconsole, door panels, carpet, seatbelts, door weather stripping, etc... I purchased all required parts. The job was supposed to take 4 weeks, but took 7. The first attempt to pick it up, I noticed immediately that the instrument cluster in dash came loose when he changed the dash-pad. The speedometer was literally tilted forward and down. The headlight knob was dangling and the lights would not turn off. I ended up having to leave it another day. When I picked it up the next day, I noticed a couple small things, like how he monkey rigged the glove box to stay in place, as it was broken and hanging from the dash. At this point, I decided to get the car out of there - I did not want him to touch anything else. Once I got it out of his dimly lit shop, OMG! The upholstery work was acceptable - a couple loose areas and messed up stitching in a couple spots. Almost everything else was terrible! There are so many issues that I have to have fixed, it's hard to believe this guy does this for a living! I texted Juan and Juan Jr. the below, when I got home. No response from them! 1. Window moldings not replaced 2. The ac will only blow at feet. The duct was broken or removed when doing dash pad. 3. Window switches pop right out of the nasty hole cut in console. 4. Front seats are loose 5. Bottom of back seats are not even connected. 6. Both plastic seatbelt guides were broken during installation 7. Not sure what the bracket contraption is under glove box, but it's hanging and obviously broken 8. Driver window only rolls half way because it's binding on something due to door panel installation9. Door handles still broken. I'm surprised they were not repaired with a screw when panel was off, or you didn't tell me I needed new ones. - I'm sure there is more. You ripped me off. There is no way you didn't know all this

No help, no courtesy, nothing. If this is how they treat potential customers, imagine how bad the in-store experience must be.
