We've tried a lot of things on this menu and have never been disappointed. Our food has always been fresh and plentiful, served with a smile. Two things I can ecstatically recommend: their house guacamole and their margaritas. Their hearty and bold guacamole is made fresh to order right at your table and it's become our favorite guacamole. We love their mango margaritas. We have found chunks of mango in ours, and make certain to always get the rims coated with tajin because they use tamarind to get the spice to stick to the rim--so tasty! Having worked in a restaurant for many years, where every bit of food had to be weighed, along with years of food prep for myself, I realized (when opening in the parking lot) that there was MAYBE 2oz of chicken in my dish. I was also missing the tortillas. I went back in and explained the meat and tortillas. The gentleman asked me to get the dish and bring it back in, so he could show the kitchen. Fine, whatever. Within a moment, he returned my dish, along with tortillas, and told me that the amount on this dish is what they serve. I said, "If you bring a scale over here, I can show you this is nowhere near 7.5oz." He said, the portion I got is what they serve all customers." I replied that the menu should be adjusted, and he said he would tell the manager.
