I'll start with the positives. The restaurant seemed clean, and the men's bathroom was spotless. As well, the gentleman I spoke with during my experience was very friendly. Unfortunately, I have more bad than good to say. I placed my order online through their website, which redirects you to orderonlinemenu.com. I arrived about 20 minutes after placing my order, which was supposed to be ready in 15. The gentleman I spoke to asked to see my order and said they didn't receive it because their computers were down. I waited about 10-15 minutes more to get the order, which I took to my car. As seen in the menu, the Lunch Fajitas Yukitan comes with 7.5oz of the meat you select. Having worked in a restaurant for many years, where every bit of food had to be weighed, along with years of food prep for myself, I realized (when opening in the parking lot) that there was MAYBE 2oz of chicken in my dish. I was also missing the tortillas. I went back in and explained the meat and tortillas. The gentleman asked me to get the dish and bring it back in, so he could show the kitchen. Fine, whatever. Within a moment, he returned my dish, along with tortillas, and told me that the amount on this dish is what they serve. I said, "If you bring a scale over here, I can show you this is nowhere near 7.5oz." He said, the portion I got is what they serve all customers." I replied that the menu should be adjusted, and he said he would tell the manager. I was further disappointed once I finally began eating the food, as it was very basic and kind of all blended, with no flavor from one ingredient to the next. read more

Nice restaurant with a good looking room and bar area. Servers were checking in at a good rate and were happy to answer our questions. My friend and I were happy with our meals which came out fast and piping hot. I had the spicy burrito with steak. Tasty item that has a good kick from the habanero sauce. This spicy burrito paired well with the delicious Paloma I drank. Chips and salsa were given gratis. We didn't try appetizers. Solid spot that I'll visit again when in Stowe. read more

The food was amazing! So many choices and I will definitely be back to eat my way through their menu. The service was spot on. Both waitresses were on the top of their game. Their service was the pinnacle of professionalism. They made the experience complete. Attentive but not overbearing. I watched as they changed their approach for each table creating a great experience for each table. I've seen waitresses Much older fail at this alone. I can o ly hope that the management understands the assets they have and don't waste it. I've never seen two more invested in their service. We will definitely be back read more

We stopped there tonight just before 9. In the 50 minutes we were there we saw the employees do 5 or 6 shots . The food was ok at best . Just before we left the employee saw me and my wife get up and head to the restroom. When we got back to the table he had thrown out our left over containers. Apparently in a hurry to get his work done . They did offer to replace it but was not worth the wait. There are plenty of other Mexican restaurants. I would give one of them a try read more

I walked in and it was busy in there! Good sign! Lots of families and people having dinner. The patio was open and it was nice out so I decided to sit outside. The host was also server and he was very sweet and attentive. He got me everything I needed including many trips for corn tortillas (amazing), more napkins, and some of the best homemade salsa ever! I got the Fajitas Texanas and they were so good! It was probably way too much for me to eat but I still ate it because it was BUSSIN. I mean it was so tasty. Coming from out of town I was not sure if I'd find good Mexican food and this was GOOD! tl;dr: 10/10 recommend for great food, drinks, and service. Awesome. read more

Went on a Monday night for Taco specials. Outdoor patio music was great! Great deal on tacos and would definitely order again! Margaritas were extremely weak ... and I am a margarita connesuir! And it was odd that high school kids were walking around outside ... my guess came for taco night, but was interesting as they continued to cross the busy road and then come back to the restaurant. The food is wonderful and so very original. It's about time we got a great Mexican restaurant.

I decided to try this place out after hearing it had a nice patio and great tacos. To start we ordered margaritas - one signature and one "regular." The signature was great but the regular was made with some sort of powdered mix -- Powerade-green and with a very chemical aftertaste which tainted the rest of the experience for me. The food and service was fine but if I were the restaurant owner I would remove this beverage from the menu. read more

They will not last because Mexican food is not expensive to begin with---beans, rice, etc. are cheap. Lower the prices and this place will be hoppin'. The people were friendly and rectified an issue with our take out order. However, the food was bland and average. The menu was limited. They also did not offer vegetarian protein options other than beans. Update/end of June 2022...We decided to give it a second try, since the first was take out. We ordered a couple items labeled as spicy. One was the burrito. I do not usually order things any more than medium spice and this tasted medium, so it worked for me. The food was much better in the restaurant and we would go back, ordering with spice level in mind. Food was fresh. However, the server did not seem very happy to be there. Finally stopped in today to try this place, noonish. Glad we did. Kinda small, doing a good lunch business, fairly large menu and fairly large portions. Salsa was very good - chunky, not runny, medium spice level (my wife could handle it). She had the 'speedy gonzalez', i had the burrito de carnitas. Both were very good. We watched as this place waited to open for seemingly months and really looked forward to trying them out. The result was average at best. The decor isn't great, the seating is uncomfortable and the food is good - not great.
