The service is efficient, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant is gorgeous on the inside, once you enter you feel like you're about to have a hefty bill once you check out, but surprisingly, you don't. My husband and I make a point to go during their slow period, because this place will have a wait for dinner. The flavor of the food is spot on, not too spicy but thank goodness not too bland, as I've had my share of bland Mexican food living in NEO. I've ordered delivery from here over a dozen times and it's usually been great, so we were excited to finally dine in. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had in a long time. Three out of four entrees came out wrong. One dish had sour cream on it despite specifically requesting it without. When it was sent back, they brought it out cold -- and after flipping it over, it was obvious the sour cream had simply been scraped off and the food flipped over to hide it. Honestly unbelievable. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability. No apology from the waiter or staff at any point. Instead, they defended the incorrect orders and even attempted to charge us for the meal we sent back because it was wrong and untouched. Really disappointing because we genuinely loved this place for delivery. We expected a great dine-in experience and left feeling frustrated and grossed out. Sadly, we won't be back. We waited a while before trying the new place. We loved the old place, but now that they moved we were a little leery. The new building is really nice inside. Margaritas were very good. We expected the prices to increase in the new building but were pleasantly surprised--not much of an increase, if at all. I've always loved their Mole Poblano and it's still very good. My wife wanted to visit Fiesta Jalapenos because they offer a burrito roqueta. We had seven people in our group and we waited 20 minutes for a table on a busy Friday night. Upon being seated, we were served some chips and salsa. Our waiter arrived and took our drink requests. We perused the menu and it contained the usual suspects. I had a Modelo Negra because they had it on draft. It pairs well with the food they serve. We requested some cheese dip with our chips and it was tasty. We polished off several bowls of tortilla chips. And they were good, especially since they kept bring us fresh, warm tortilla chips. The salsa was very good also. For dinner, I requested the Cazuelada, which included steak, chicken and chorizo sauteed with mushroom, red and green peppers and onions. It was covered with cheese and served with rice and charro beans. It was an excellent dish and it was great when scooped with tortilla chips. The service was fast and friendly and this visit has changed my mind about this restaurant. It has officially been added to our rotating list of Mexican restaurants to dine at. read more

Since they moved to their current location, we finally had some time to spend together at the restaurant. We were sorely disappointed. I only ordered water with my meal and although I tried to get my so called servers attention, I failed! So no refills on water? He never gave us a chance to respond when he hurried past us saying " Is everything okay ?" My sister had hot tea and her water for her tea wasn't hot enough to get a good steep! The other members at our table were disappointed in their food as well! They drove down from Cleveland!None of us will ever return! How very disappointing was the whole experience. The food was nasty! My husband ordered the burrito supreme and it was so gross that he couldn't even eat it. The staff just stood around and was not attentive at all. My husband even told the waitress how bad it was and all she said was is do you want a box over and over again. She clearly did not care at all and kept the burrito that had two bites taken out of it on our bill. We will definitely never be returning. You are better off going to Los Cantaritos. read more

Staff was very tentative and kind helping the older people get around. The restaurant appeared to be clean and comfortable. My only complaint is it is hard to digest food to Latino hip hop. lets start off with the good.. service was great.. servers were nice.. seated right away orders taken drinks and food out quickly.. no issues there. I'm skeptical on the Margarita's we got. We got a half pitcher for $22. something like that.. the glasses they served with it did taste like there was alcohol in it.. but the rest not so sure.. both my wife and I looked at each other and asked if there was any alcohol in those drinks ( weve been to other mexican restuarnts and never felt this way ). I dunno. feel ripped off by that... The actual food was good... I guess Im at the point where if I have to spend $140 for a dinner of wife and two kids at a Mexican restaurant and not be blown away.. This is an authentic Mexican restaurant. This is NOT a restaurant, owned by Americans, who have their Mexican employees make bland food. The food is authentic Mexican food, cooked in a very traditional style. The drinks are good. The service is excellent and is available in both English and Spanish! The parking lot is large. I had dinner there on 10/11/24. This place just doesn't seem to have the pizazz anymore. Everything just feels run down, the menus smelled like dirty dish rag, the food was just ok. The server was friendly enough but service would not make up for the other lacking areas. They are charging $24.99 for fajitas for one which is $10 more than a competitor in the area. One of the better Mexican places in Medina. So why such a low score? It's just standard mexican fare and the chips were straight stale. The salsa is better than most and it seems Fresh and not out of a bottle. The top shelf margaritas are ok but nothing to write home about. Good place to check out. read more

Everytime my boyfriend and I go we are greeted right away. They always bring the tortilla chips and salsa, and ask what you'd like to drink. This time around though, my boyfriend who just recently turned twenty-one asked for a strawberry banana margarita and a water. They never asked me what to drink as I think the waitress was distracted, and thought he ordered for me. When she came back he explained that he wanted the water on the side of his drink, and she apologized and asked what I wanted to drink. I ordered a Blue Hawaiian, and it tasted great and was actually blue. (Another place I ordered this and it was green) my drink was sweet, tastes just like a piña colada and the drink he ordered was off the menu, and it has tequila in it, so he wasn't a fan of it but he bear right through it anyway. Time for the food. (No pictures as we dove right in) He ordered a Grilled Chicken Super Burro, and I ordered the ACCP with chicken. It tasted good. Only downfall is some items they raised the price of and the portion size is smaller (which is why I don't like getting the chimichanga dinner platter anymore) It's kinda a tradition, we go here to celebrate both of our birthdays, sometimes with the sombrero and they sing and sometimes not. Always a good time stopping by for lunch or dinner. Reasonable prices and the margaritas are awesome. The food is always fast, fresh and a plenty. Service is fast as well and friendly. There are quite a few options for Mexican in the Medina area, but we always prefer Fiesta Jalapeños. The lunch menu is very reasonable. I had the chicken fajitas today and they were delicious. My son ordered some queso to go as that is his favorite. He is a very picky eater so you have to know it is pretty good. read more

This place is truly amazing to check out. The entrance is hard to see but you have to pull behind The Home Depot to get to the entrance since Chik-Fil-A is coming in. The meal we had was amazing. His service was slow but I can't completely fault him as I saw him making all the drinks for his tables so management has the issue here. There were 2 other servers that I saw standing around as their section was slow. Why didn't they help? It took me over an hour to get food and never had the opportunity for a second drink brocade of the lack of tome server gifted me with his presence and..... it was not AT ALL busy. It includes four wedges of cheese quesadilla, one each shredded beef and shredded chicken flauta, and a heaping mound of shredded chicken and ground beef nachos, all for $9. This was a large platter of food, and could easily be split by up to four people for a decent appetizer. I enjoyed the quesadilla dipped in salsa or guac (about 2T is served with your app). I dipped both flautas, packed with meat, in the side dish of cheese dip ($2.75). The nachos were good, but not great. Decently busy the Tuesday night I was there. Family-friendly.
