Especially when it comes to getting the amount of sauces we requested "in person" or in the app. Not to mention the food actually being "fresh", not old and stale. We went around 11:30am today and the food was hot, which is never an issue, but the issue was we requested a "hf" or handful of sauces and we were only given 3 of the sweet and sour. one of which wasn't the sauce Jess even asked for. I went inside to ask for more sweet and sour and was given around 3 more, when again, I asked for a handful lol. I believe it was the manager I asked because she was in all black. So her question is, has there been a policy put in place with how many sauces you can be given? Cause it has never seemed to be a problem and we were even told to put "hf" for handful on the special instructions in the app to request more in advance instead of in person. But I'll still ask in person to be safe. By the time we got home with the food, the white rice was stale and the chicken both tasted like they've both been out since they opened. Warm but definitely not fresh. Jess wants to speak with someone at corporate to get an explanation as to if procedures have changed with any of this? Last time I was there my drive thru order was handed off to a DoorDasher and when the lady opened the window to ask my name she took off running to fetch my order from the door-dasher who was halfway across the parking lot. Tonight our portions were so freaking small!!! We ordered 4 separate entrees with a large queso and chips; none of the entrees were marked on the containers. My husband was halfway through my burrito before I noticed I had bitten into his. The portions were laughable and my burrito had zero sour cream when I ordered extra. I recently visited a chipotle while out of town and the portions were like they used to be with a layer of each item layered in the bowl and not a small dollop of each not even filling the bowl. I think Visalia, particularly this location on Dinuba Blvd needs to really step it up!

Today 4/9/26 8PM we decided to get a chipotle bowl for diner, since we added chipotle back to our regular list after over a year of not going to chipotle. When we walked up to order majority of the items looked empty or almost gone. We asked if there was any chicken pastor, none. Chicken, none. Steak, remnants of steak. Plenty of carnitas but I was not wanting carnitas. Even the sofritas was empty. We asked how long till fresh batch's would be ready. The poor employer looked confused and asked a few of the other employees which no one knew. Finally after asking 3 times someone whom we were assuming was the manager, that I remember seeing at the Tulare location a few years back that was very rude and location was in bad shape and unorganized. told the employee "we are out". I decided to have brown rice, pinto beans and take the last remnants of steak. As I watched the portions being scooped it felt like the world was in a major food shortage and Chipotle was on the verge of running out of food, forever. I decided just take the bowl out of hunger and was quite impressed at the tiny portion size. At that point it was really more about the humor of it than the food. Paid full price, by the way the cashier said the machine for receipts was out. Paper shortage as well. Probably, or at least for the next year or two we will not be coming back to any Chipotle. The bun on the top was cheap, it was stale and broke and crumbled on the top in half after the first bite. Fries weren't even fresh. Meat was the best part, but the meal overall was a letdown. This was definitely not normal for this place. The girls here always have everything running hot and fresh when you come get your mobile orders. Always great personalities and exceptional service.
