Nice ambiance cute morals on the walls. Spacious & clean. But the food let me tell you very flavorful. The chicken has just the right spice & you could pick as mild or hot as you want to. And noticed that this angry chicks charges for sauce and I mean that's fine but once we got out angry Mac's there was hardly any sauce on top and each item comes with only 1 sauce that's HALF OR LESS than half way full. My wife bought some sauces and they were less than half way. It's like they pick and choose how much they wanna put in the containers either to much or less than half full. I accidentally spilled my drink next to the soda machine I let the woman who worked the front know and she seems super viably annoyed. I've been wanting to try this place for a very long time...and I finally made it. First let me say that the portions are huge! When I ordered the sliders, I was expecting a cute sandwich, to my surprise..it's huge! I ordered the "hot" heat level and it was perfect. I like how the coleslaw and pickles complimented my chicken, but I had a problem with the "bun" I really don't like the bun, maybe if it was toasted it would be so much tastier. I used to get medium but now I feel there's no spice to it so I've been getting hot. Yesterday I went into your establishment in Tulare Ca and there was a big and very loud argument between some very young staff members and an older man that from what I got his name is Ben. I believe he is the manager. it happened in front of all of us customers and from what I seen and heard Be the manager was totally disrespectful and had a very aggressive attitude towards these workers. He was screaming and spitting while he talked to the imployees in at least one of their faces. the employees were trying to explain things to him and he would immediately talk over them in a "I'm the boss so shut up" kind of way, and that's putting it lightly. i have visited this establishment before and the manager Ben smelled of marijuana. Don't Waste your Money, Service is Horrible, the music is so loud in this place that the hostess taking your order cannot hear you. we ordered 4 to go dinners. we waited over 20 minutes all the while other guests that arrived after us were ordering and being served. There were a total of 5 people in the kitchen and they were all just standing around talking. As far as the Nashville Flavor? It does not even come close.
