As I read the reviews and comments in the past month, I noticed I am not the only one not happy with management. I lost my dog this morning. I have a huge family and he was so loved. I have several people at home who came to say their goodbyes. I placed an order through Postmates said 5-15 minutes. I told my guest I'd be back soon. I come inside and the employee didnt greet us or anything st all. I said hello i'm here to pick up an order. I gave her my name and she "couldn't find" my order even though I could see it from where I was standing on the screen. She signals to see my phone and doesn't speak to me, grabs my phone without asking if it was okay, doesn't speak to me again. She then says it'll be ready in an hour. I asked why and she said because it was scheduled at that time. I scheduled it for standard that said 5-15. I am not oblivious. The order came through and they changed the pick up time on their side. If you are busy? Okay cool I get it, but you are treating your customers rudely and having them wait an hour for food? Because you didn't prep properly and need time to catch up? Why is your lack of preparation and time management coming to the expense of your paying customers??? I let the employee know that I set it for standard time not a scheduled time, it was okay for me to wait for it and she simply walked away from me. She went to grab her manager and her manager rudely came and said "15 minutes you came too early" and walked away. Where is the customer service? "Hello are you picking up for Giselle? I gave this location a 2-star because their food is always inconsistent. Sometimes the chicken is perfectly seasoned and crispy. Sometimes, it's dry and bland. Aside from that, my drive-thru experience is not that great either.
