Served the food, gave us a couple minutes to view it and taste it and returned to see all was good. He was always on top of the situation. The tacos have been consistently delicious, the macho nachos have been amazing, the beer is cold, and the staff has always been friendly and professional. The atmosphere is really chill and we even have a favorite booth. However, over the past few months, we have noticed a drastic downward trend of both food quality, and availability of menu items. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it has not been an isolated event. They have consistently not had flour tortillas, chicken, steak, or even french fries. Over half of their menu is consistently absent and the food they do have, has been poorly prepared and of cheap quality. I've loved going to the Cantina and do not post this with any feeling of satisfaction. I have not rushed to my keyboard at the first sign of something displeasing. I'm only posting this because I hope the problems can be fixed and the Cantina returns to what everyone has come to expect: great food, great servers, great prices, and a great atmosphere. Until that happens, I can't justify spending money on what is now, a consistently poor culinary experience.
