Came in at lunchtime and ordered Chilaquiles Verde. Eggs are an add on, not included, which is very strange is the Chilaquiles Rojo include eggs. Not a big deal, but it would've been nice to have been informed that eggs were optional. More cheese than anything. Beans were good, however the potatoes were not. No seasonings whatsoever kinda bland as were the Chilaquiles verde. Service was sub par at best. I wouldn't recommend this particular location on W Adams road. Great lunch spot. They have several lunch options for just $8 and we were really happy with our food. Carne guisada is really good. Chips were fresh and they had two delicious red salsas. One was heated and the other refrigerated. We cleaned them both up and asked for more. Service was quick and friendly. We plan to return soon. read more

Just picked up a to go order today. Plenty of food for the price. The chips weren't stale like a recent place I went. The taco shells weren't stale like the last place I went. A friend and I went here because we were craving simple chips and queso, and we decided to dine in. We had a communication problem but that's understandable, the real problem was how every worker in the vicinity kept looking at us and felt like they were talking about us. The street tacos were good and I had a really nice time, but the one thing that was terrible was the service. Our waitress never came back and we had to find someone to know how to pay our check. Me and my boyfriend come here for breakfast all the time! Their chilaquiles verdes is to die for. I always find myself craving it, and no other place compares. The restaurant has a really pretty view of a golf course. My only complaint is very minor, sometimes the waitressing staff isnt very welcoming. However, there are only a few who are like this, for the most part they are fairly nice and the food makes it all worth it. I suggest getting the chilaquiles verdes plate and wrapping it all up in their [delicious] flour tortillas, and slathering it in their green sauce :-) it's the most delicious breakfast you'll ever eat. This is my last time to dine here. The view with the window and patio is nice. Food has changed in taste and size. Veronica was an amazing waitress no longer at this establishment. I've been coming on mondays for over a year and today the lady was like no we have never had draft beer on special. I had a picture on my phone and she just walked away. She even said they no longer have 99 cent margaritas when she came back. I also noticed on this visit fewer patrons than normal. I will miss this place and I hope Veronica goes to a new restaurant they will benefit greatly with her waitress skills. read more

The bar area turns into a mini Tejano/dance club on the weekends. Full bar available to patrons. This place is awesome. We drive through at least twice a month. We get the green chicken enchiladas or the Chile relleno plate and it's delicious every time. We frequent this restaurant for years as it's close to my neighborhood. I placed my order, received it, and drove home. When I opened containers of food, I noticed that we were missing two of the entrees. Also, I ordered fajitas for two without onions and green peppers. I realized that the fajita were full of onions and green peppers. There was approx. 1 cup of meat. There wasn't enough for 2 servings even with the undesirable onions and green peppers. I returned to this restaurant and learned that they didn't place the two entrees. Ok, it was an error. No big deal. Then, I informed them of the fajitas with all the "fillers" that I didn't want. Also, of the minuscule serving for one person. They refused to honor my complaint. They told me that I'd have to go back home and return my and show them my order. I asked to speak to the manager but, he was no where to be found. Mind you, we are very good customers and spend a lot of money there weekly. Needless to say that they lost a valuable customer. I refuse to return to this restaurant because after the delivery I received raw they refuse to refund my money or at least try to redeem themselves by maybe sending me something else I was willing to give them a second chance. Everyone deserves a second chance but they refused to do that. I informed them that I was a patient in the hospital when I first placed the original order in which is the place they delivered it to me. The manager told me that he spoke to the owner and that I would have to come up to the restaurant in order to get my money back. I reminded him that I am in the hospital and I don't know when I would be getting released I have been hospitalized for over a year. I was very displeased with the service I received at this restaurant. I used the Waiter app to order my dinner, which had a menu that El Puerto De Jalisco provides. One item in particular, the gordita plate read that it came with refried beans and Spanish rice. So I chose this, picked up my order and went home to find that I was missing these 2 items. I went back to the restaurant with the entire order bagged to notify them of the mistake. Well, the female manager working that night began to tell me it did not come with sides. I opened the app and showed her the menu I ordered from. She said she saw it but still wanted to argue and show me the paper restaurant menu. Doesn't matter, I ordered from the app that El Puerto De Jalisco provided. So I then asked for my money back and suddenly its feasible to give me the side items, ha! And may I mention with a lot of attitude. In situations when there is a business error you're supposed to have good professional skills especially being a manager. The female manager did not treat me very well and did not even offer anything for the inconvienence of coming back to the restaurant to correct my order. I had to ask. She never tried to smooth over the situation correctly which is the reason for this review. My honest, inconvenienced matter was her unsympathetic frustration. I came with a group of seven adults and two children, to celebrate my grand-daughter's baptism and 1st communion. The woman who seated us arranged our tables, chairs and menus quickly. Great breakfast burritos at great prices, but make sure you leave extra early. It takes on average, 10 minutes every time we go there even if they're not busy. Granted, I'll wait that long for their yummy burritos, but just a warning. Their lunch and dinner options are mediocre, but my significant other comes from a Mexican family so I'm biased. I have been to this location is twice before never really had any issues with the staff or any issues with the food. Therefore is kind of difficult for me to write this review at this moment. Came here two weeks ago for a brunch and was not impressed at all by the food, this time around the food was bland and had no flavor the staff was very on attentive and they wouldn't even come to the table to check and see if we needed refills of drinks or to see how everything was going. Which I found very insulting. Upon checking out we've mentioned this to the waitress that was attending us, she apologized but never really fixed anything regarding it. Never offered some kind of coupon or discount or spoke to a manager regarding this nothing was resolved. I was very disappointed in this location and had higher expectations in the past and he actually had a really enjoyable time the past two times this third time after months of not going I was really surprised at how much it changed for the worse.
