To start with I was looking forward on supporting a new business around Miramar. The experience once I arrived to the location wasn't too great , they were not very friendly since we told them we don't speak too much Spanish and the other people I was with were American. Regardless we placed the order and the check out(paying ) process was very confusing and they ask us to do Zelle which we tried and it was pending and we have to ask that we wanted to pay with card; they agreed but told us they will charge an extra fee which it was fine. The food wasn't good as expected the burger buns were very swaggy and the fries were soft and not fully cooked , the other Salchipapa had so much going on with different type of ingredients you don't even get to enjoy it while eating it .

Pésimo servicio, comida sin sabor, totalmente decepcionante!! Te incluyen la propina aunque sean 3 personas y si les preguntas por qué el dueño te amenaza diciendo: No te quiero volver a ver por acá"

The food the service and the ambience was amazing. Can't complain. If you want authentic Colombian food, you must try this spot nice little cozy spot, good music specially in the weekends they have live bands, and Sundays original hen Soup

Love the experience! The hotdog is huge more like a share size. Highly recommended. We also order the Salchipapas.

Completamente excelente

This is the beef that was old and dry. The beans tasted like ketchup

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The restaurant smelled humid and they had music blasting to the point that my friend and I had to ask to sit outside cause we could not hear each-other talk. The service was okay, the food was terrible. The ground beef was old and dry and literally not edible. I would not recommend this place.

Best salchipapa, newly opened in Miramar Town Center.. Definitely better than the last resto. Nice owner.

The portions they serve are huge and easily enough to serve two people. One of my friends I was with got the chicken, two of them got the steak, and I decided to try the Aliaci soup which is their chicken and potato soup. It was absolutely delicious with such a rich depth of flavor. The chicken and steaks my friends received were the size of the plate! All their dishes were served with the choices of two sides. The chicken empanadas we had for an appetizer were amazing. Crunchy on the outside and filled with such flavorful chicken on the inside. For drinks we all enjoyed their coconut lemonade. I heard they have great lunch specials and I can't wait to return for that. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because we had to ask the waitress like three times for our check so we probably waited a good half hour before finally getting it. Restaurant was clean and service for the most part was very good.

I ordered in person cause yelp redirects you to call, and sadly employees on phone tell you they can't take order over phone unless you have ordered and registered in the past. How can I be that, if you don't allow me to order in the first place. Great way to lose business. Anyhow I was not that far so I went in person. The plate I ordered ( picada for 2 or 3 person) was online showing as $29.99 but at restaurant the price is $40( way big difference). I showed employee she said yeah the prices via yelp are wrong so just go to the website directly. Thats ridiculous. I order picada and also bandeja paisa , 34 can sodas and 2 shakes to go, total was $113, online pricing would have been $77 or so with tax). I told employee they need to fix the issue of different prices she was dismissive. Said again just go to our website to order. Not via yelp nor uber eats. That's crazy. Not a good first impression.

With just the right amount of coconut and freshly squeezed lime it's the perfect drink to cool you off. I ordered the fried egg stuffed arepa, hmmmm very tasty! I then tried their beef empanada with their home made salsa. Best Colombian empanada I've ever had! The perfect crunch on the outside and mouth watering flavor on the inside. My husband ordered the mini bandeja paisa which includes rice, red beans, ground beef, fried pork belly, sausage, sweet plantain, a fried egg and a small arepa.... need I say more! It's a party of flavors in your mouth! I will come back to order their other menu items and two more coconut lemonades as mentioned in the Miami.com article, "you will never look twice at a regular lemonade again!" http://www.miami.com/things-to-do-in-miami/yellow-green-farmers-market-is-in-broward-but-its-totally-worth-the-drive-miami-188855/

Today, we…read moretried Pasabocas de Colombia because the pictures we saw on their menu were just too good to pass on. As a starter we tried the Spinach empanada and the beef empanada. They were so fresh and steamy on the inside. If you're not familiar with Colombian empanadas, the batter is potato based and the filling has some chunks of potato in it. It is amazing! I've had a lot of different types of empanadas in my day and these are my absolute favorite! They are just so flavorful and the texture is so heavenly, it's a party in your mouth. The only problem is that as soon as I finish one, I immediately want another. They just go down so easily, I think it's because the batter is light and flaky compared to others. Ok, enough talk about the empanadas, I realize I'm starting to sound crazy... but I just love them so much! We also had a papa rellena, stuffed potato with a rice and ground beef filling. This also had a nice flaky crust and lots of flavor. As our main meal we had an egg stuffed arepa and a mini bandeja paisa. The egg stuffed arepa was good but the bandeja paisa was even better. It's a bowl with rice, saucy red beans, a small arepa, sausage, chicharrón, beef, a sweet plantain slice and why not? A beautiful fried egg on top! phew! I know it's a mouthful. It's comfort food in a perfect package. Honestly, I tasted only about half of the meats because my hubby scarfed it down way too fast. But I sopped up the saucy rice and beans with the arepa and was a happy camper. Lastly, I drank a coconut lemonade which was so refreshing that I even got another one to go. I will absolutely be making this one of my new go to places!
