We couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the food we got yesterday at this food truck when they were in Kaleidoscope Park, Frisco. We saw a note on Instagram that they were coming, and when I called the number on Saturday a super nice woman named Danielle answered and couldn't have been friendlier. I could hear she was busy in the background, but she steered us right by suggesting we place our order ahead of time online for next day pickup. Very excellent advice. The next day the line was already huge when we got there - I walked up to the front and asked the woman working the table "is there a separate line for pre orders?" and she pointed to where I was standing, off to the side of the huge line, and said "right here." 5 minutes later we had the freshest, tastiest food we've had in a long time. The crawfish was a huge hit - and authentic. The corn and potatoes were cooked in the juice with the crawfish and had all that flavor. The boiled shrimp were huge, fresh, and delicious. And the fried catfish? Oh my GOD - the best flavored catfish in DFW! I don't know what spices they use, or who is doing the frying, but big round of applause to them!
