This place is absolutely amazing , I've been following Rudy my barber ( friend over the years as I got to know him) for 9+ years .... Way before I had any kids... Now I have 4 (lol) I was recommend to him through one of my co workers. He does appointment which I absolutely love.... Just get out of work have a set time when he available and get taken care of within minutes or if not right away :) Rudy and his crew absolutely take care of you and always treat you right. Absolutely no other place that I would go to as long as I'm living in the area. Plus side note, took my son too him ,first haircut at the age of 2 and Rudy did an excellent job . I even told him once I have my boy , I would definitely take my son to him for his first cut. Plus by the way ,love the massage with a warm towel on your back after he's done. Very relaxing. Keep up the great work Rudy and the crew. Wish you guys nothing but the best. read more

My son has been getting his haircut from Neto for years, and today we are visiting his new location. The place is clean, inviting colors, service as always exceptional, parking accessible, location easy to find, seating area comfortable, and clean restrooms. I highly recomend this barbershop, especially to parents with young kids as Neto has this effect on small kids that makes them feel comfortable, and your kids will want to come again. read more

Place seemed descent, but I went there for the first time and the woman available to cut hair, very rude and seemed to lack the capacity to shut up for more than 5 seconds, did a crappy job at cutting my hair...her entire family seemed to be at barbershop, with her kids interrupting while she was cutting hair....ridiculous and very unprofessional! Stay away from this place! read more

Amazing barbers that have tons of experience. Neto has been cutting my hair for over 11 years and has always done an extremely great job. I have followed him for a great haircut to 3 different shops and I am glad that he finally has his own barbershop. It's always a bit hard to find the right barber in LA but I must say I found one here in Lawndale, CA of all places. It was real easy to use Booksy to book my appointment through their Instagram account. I'll be back to this spot soon. I highly recommend SB Shave Company with my boi Johnny or any of the dudes here. Just book it early because the parking is a bit limited.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Unexpected Charges and Lack of Transparency…read more I booked my appointment in person on Tuesday 7/15 because I wasn't sure what to select online for Gel-X removal. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

I been going their for a while now and it's always been pleasant and great experience but until today I went for my regular cut just a shave the barber (female) literally said you want it shave I said yes like always she literally left me bald and said well shave means bald to me I'm like first off I've been here with you for a bit and not know what I come for is a slap to my face and lastly your from Central America all words are different everywhere you can at least ask me correctly or at least listen to when I say the usual then she says I don't remember your cut ‍ girl you lost me and my kids as a customer that's messed up and yes hair grows sure but in the mean time I'll feel insecure again read more
