For a long time, this barbershop was always my first pick. I don't know if it's because I'm a young cat and maybe I'm not took as seriously as a customer when young or not we're paying the same amount for a haircut. i'm a punctual person and I have places I have to be. There's been on many accounts and numerous times that I can remember at the top of my head where I schedule an appointment for 10 AM and while I'm on the way, it'll get canceled or when I arrive on time my barber isn't even there 20 sometimes 30 minutes late. That is completely unprofessional. You can't be playing with peoples time like that and appointments that you've accepted on the app. In my opinion. I think the morning staff has just gotten too comfortable. There's no urgency just completely ridiculous. read more

Customer service: I came here without an appointment and was sat down. They only accept cash. Their atm charges a $2.50 surcharge. I would have appreciated if they told me about the surcharge in advance. I feel like this is made up for by the quality of haircut I got. For $35, I got one of the best fades I have ever had. I am US Marine! I saw a Marine Corps award in their pictures so I decided to give them my business. First visit they said two hour wait time there were appointments ahead of me. Ok. They asked I return later or wait. I waited one hour to be assisted. Haircut high & tight easy. $25 bucks not not including tip. Not bad. Second visit I scheduled an appointment $30 bucks but no mention of increase in price because of appointment. Tip not included. Third visit walk in $30 bucks. Why? It's a walk in. Post price display $25. I was charged $30. Not returning to this place! Take my business elsewhere in area! read more

One star because of their unprofessionalism. Someone recommended this place to me and I was so disappointed. Took my little brother there and as he was getting a hair cut I sat in their waiting area. Two employees were talking across the room to each other and speaking about the women they were seeing in such a degrading way. Dear ladies if you are reading this don't pick up the phone when they reach out, they don't respect you and talk about you in the worst way for everyone in the barbershop to hear. Not a family friendly environment. Won't be bringing my little brother back, don't want him to think it's acceptable to talk about women that way. I'm writing this after waiting for an hour. I called before I came for my ponytail undercut touch up. The person who answered the phone didn't say Louie's Barbershop, just hello. I asked if I needed an appointment or could walk-in. He said I could walk-in. I arrived at 11:55. Three barbers were just sitting and texting and no one was waiting. Louie says "Have a seat."After 10 minutes two barbers left. 40 minutes later I'm still waiting here when they come back. I sat next to a barber for 22 minutes and he didn't bother to ask what I needed. No one has. My undercut is already cut and basic: just needs a line. My neck doesn't have a lot of hair, the undercut is 3 square inches and I don't need my face shaved. I don't want to hang out anymore than they want me to so just trim my undercut or tell me you don't have the skills and I'll be out. I revised my review because once I got in a chair, Louie explained that a walk-in customer came in right before I did and took the chair of the barber who does walk-ins. And my neck looks great. But I would have been more patient if someone had told me this when I started waiting. read more

Well.. I thought waiting at a barbershop for a haircut would be boring but it turned out to be interesting! Props to Amir for doing my haircut perfect he really cares about his customers expectations. It was the first time he cut my hair and I was pleased with the results. Good job Amir appreciate you and you rock! Not only was he on point and very patient he also shaved my beard. I feel like a person who is dedicated to their job and does what they have to do deserves to be recognized. I will definitely be going back to get another haircut to look my best for thanksgiving and the holidays. Sadly I was recommended by a friend to come check this shop out. Tony cut my hair and it looks like he doesnt know how to use the scissors. I asked to cut the tips of my hair and cut the whole thing off. My fade isnt too bad. The bad part if it all is him and that razor. He left bad razor burns on my face and cuts. Looks like I got in a fight thats how bad my face looks. All he could say is itll go away. Of course it will but look at me now. Dont recommend anyway going here.
