The customer service here is pitiful. I've personally had enough and don't intend on going back. The food has been inconsistent for a while, too. My wife and I were driving right near Taco Loco and placed an order using Bluetooth. Perfectly good connection and it was obvious that the person taking the order heard us fine and told us our order would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. We get there very shortly after placing the order and waited in the lobby. They bring out an order for "Bill" not more than 10 minutes after placing the order. The lobby is piling up with people waiting for food, so I just thought they were running behind. After exactly 20 minutes of placing the order, I ask about the status and I was told that the order for "Bill" was actually the order for my wife "Laura." I asked how they could confuse "Bill" with "Laura" and the young lady answered indifferently that "sometimes it's noisy and we can't hear well," which was totally not the case. I should have asked for them to remake the taco salads because they get soggy quickly and by the time we got home, the salads were not good. I asked for a manager to call me back (there was not one on duty at 5 PM), but that never happened. read more

I always get my barbacoa burrito wrap from this place. It always hit the spot for my cravings.

However, if you are Mexican or if you are used to the quality of Mexican food served in border towns in Texas or California you will be highly disappointed. Updated Review: I went back and was so disappointed. The food did not taste fresh, the meat was full of gristle and really chewy, and it just had no flavor. Not the Taco Loco I've had in the past. I asked for some tapatio, which we'd gotten in the past, and the employee just said "we don't have it". That's fine, but he wasn't very courteous. Worse, he was significantly less polite and courteous to any non Hispanic customer. It was very noticeable. It made me and my husband feel quite unwelcome, and with the food as poor as it was, we no longer plan to eat here. It's a shame because this was our go to place for authentic Mexican food but we're not going to give money to a place that treats us like second class citizens. read more

Great tacos and tamales! Had lunch here yesterday after reading the reviews. The location and building isn't anything to write home about but don't let that fool you. When we arrived, there were just a few people in the restaurant eating but when we left the line was out the door. It's that good! We had a two tamales; one pork, one chicken. Both great. Also had two tacos: one chicken and one pastor pork taco. They offer you red and green salsa to use. Both are hot regardless of what the labels say. Beware. We were disappointed they were out of fish, so we couldn't have fish tacos. We would defiantly go back if in the area though. read more

Filled and heavy split it 2 to eat other half next day hot hot hot sauces not sure if they have mild lol I ordered the loco and it had no raw stuff like lettuce tom or sour cream which I definitely needed but the supreme which we also got had all the regular fixings and it was delicious. My wife and I went here and ordered chicken taco, carnitas taco, barbacoa taco, fish taco and steak quesadilla. The restaurant was very clean and we were surprised by how large the dine in area was. Unfortunately all the tacos and quesadilla were very bland and subpar. Specifically the fish taco had no flavor/spices. Additionally all tacos were all covered in chopped raw onion and cilantro- not a negative- just a PSA. All items required the use of ALL the lime given and sauces to make them even palatable.
