    Carnitas burrito. But more like a veggie.

    $15 for a Carnitas burrito with maybe an ounce or two of meat. I should've just ordered a veggie burrito for the amount of meat that's in this for $15.

    The service was nothing special, the parking lot was completely empty and for it being dinner time that's not a good sign. I got a quesadilla and it was posted for $11 even though she charged me $12.50. Which doesn't make any sense for it being a food truck. The food was not great. I would give it a two out of 10. Half of my quesadilla was missing so they serve half a plate and the other plate was veggies which is honestly a rip off. How are you gonna give me half of my ordered food? There's another food truck by the McDonald's down the road and they give a full plate of quesadillas so I'm honestly just gonna go there instead.

    Tacos Al Pastor!!! They are feign good, really Come to this place, super affordable and the flavor is great!!!

    These are tacos Al Pastor, they are delicious, they have the right amount of heat, the chile is not overpowering, and adding the limón it brings out the pork flavor even more. It's worth telling the flavor of this plate, I'll ask you to come and try it. Very important 3 tacos and a can of soda is less than $10.00, here in Seattle this is a bargain!!! For that alone El Taco Maestro gets 5 stars.

    Honestly this was an amazing taco truck back in the day! But it has fallen or couldn't keep up with the taco trucks around the area. For the price point I was expecting something good or great but was disappointed. Ordered tacos and burritos (asada and lengua) meat was bland on both and the burrito was put together with no care. (Wasn't even wrapped all the way) just overall bad meal for a taco truck that was legit back in the day. Super meh right now and for the price $11 for asada burrito and $13 for lengua as well as $2.50 a taco extra for lengua this truck will definitely not get return business from me! With so many better options in the area it saddened me that this truck has fallen from where it was!

    ~~~BEST TACO TRUCK IVE EVER BEEN TO!~~~ If you ever are needing a quick taco run or even want to treat a friend this truck is the spot! Me and my husband come here all the time for random dinner or even before a movie night! I love their Carne Asada Tacos I normally get five tacos and a soda and spend roughly $13. I can't complain when the tacos are to die for! Simply put I was once driving from Lakewood to Tukwila to get these tacos when I wanted them. They're that good!
    Everyday is taco day! 3 asada & 2 spicy pork :D
    Probably the best one on the block of pac hwy in tukwila (and there's at least 4 within a 1 mile radius). I've been going here for years and because it's not too far, it's always easy to just buy tacos for dinner and call it a night! They are super quick and this place DOES get busy. $1.75 per taco is decent IMO. The green sauce is spicy and the red sauce is fire (literally) but super tasty! Their burritos are HUGE and worth the price we pay for. No complaints for this place.. maybe I'll have tacos again tomorrow lol
    Very unassuming taco truck. Ordered chicken tacos (3 for $6) and they were incredible! Green sauce is nice and spicy. Cash only.
    11 carne asada, yum!!!
    This is the go-to Taco Truck near my house! Their best thing to get are the carne asada (beef) tacos - they make it very well and it has a great flavor. I also really like the tripe. There's lots of meat in it and it's easy to eat somehow. I have also tried the other ones like the chicken, very tasty as well. The quesadillas are also pretty good! It's VERY filling. 3-4 tacos is a good portion for me, lately I always get 4 because they are so delicious. With the tacos comes radishes like always, a lime, hot sauce (I like the green one), and a spicy poppin pepper. We also get our tacos pretty quick. The mulitas are like deep fried quesadillas and it is DELCIOUS! I would suggest using cash here since you get charged extra with card, and you have to walk to the store across the parking lot to pay and then go back to get your order. The store has all kinds of Mexican candy I love though, like tamarind candy and the spicy mango and watermelon pops.
We were not disappointed at all, we ordered the steak tacos and sure enough we wanted more! They give generous amount of meat. A must try, good location very close to Taco Time and Home Depot.
While pulling into the parking lot, I noticed the food truck and thought well why not. Anything is better than Taco Time. I ordered the taco plate (3 tacos with rice and beans) with carne asada. My food came out pretty fast. I was also served two salsas, pickled jalapenos & carrots and a mint. I went to my car and opened my to go container and was impressed just at first glance. I honestly wasn't sure what I was getting myself into but at first looks, I was pleasantly pleased. I took my food to work and ate my desk. My first bites were of the beans and rice and I had to take a minute and pause. I literally felt like I hit the jackpot. Those rice and beans were slamming and did not disappoint! The tacos were good too. The grilled onions were pefection and the salsas were deliciouso! My only critique is the carne asada was slightly on the salty side but still delicious. Honestly, I sat there thinking while eating my food - do I go back on my way and grab a plate for dinner. I will have to find them on IG so I can follow them and get their schedule. Definitely, will return and try more!
The bread was so soft and good. I also wish it had a bit more meat to enjoy. Otherwise, still a good tasting sandwich. Come support your local business.
    Wow--what an incredible find…read more We had a friend visiting from out of town (all the way from Wenatchee by way of Texas), and decided it was worth the trek across South Seattle to Birrieria Grumpy's on Interurban Avenue in Tukwila after hearing about it from a food blogger on TikTok. It absolutely lived up to the hype. We know our birria, so expectations were high. We ordered a variety of dishes--enchiladas, a keto taco, a birria torta, bacon wrapped jalapeños, and a crunch wrap--and every single item delivered. I started with the keto taco, expecting a standard (and often disappointing) gluten-free tortilla. Instead, it was made entirely of cheese--and it was one of the most delicious things I've had in a long time. Completely unexpected and amazing. I'm especially picky about tortas, and I can honestly say this was the best Mexican torta I've ever had. Perfectly balanced, flavorful, and satisfying. Beyond the food, the experience was just as great. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we even had the chance to meet the owner, who shared the story behind "Grumpy Gramps"--a fun and memorable touch. This place is absolutely worth the trip. Highly recommend--and we'll definitely be back.
I decided to give it a try after 1-2 years or so because I woke up craving good birria. This was honestly super disappointing. We ordered the trio - which stated it comes with chicharrones (usually includes fried pork belly of some sort not just fried skin, which is what I was imagining), chips, and tostones (plantain slices) - plus guacamole salsa, sour cream, and pico. We got chips, French fries??, and basic plain pork rinds (like from a gas station) - with no guac salsa. The service was ok, if anything I felt bad because there seemed to only be two people working the entire restaurant on a Saturday evening. Just the appetizer was 18$ and it was all types of inaccurate. I ordered a guacamole side in addition and the small little side was nearly 5.00$. The tacos itself were decent but nothing amazing like they use to be. Probably won't be back, not worth the price & it's unfortunate the items reads differently.
