Do not skip this spot! I got a full order of the nachos and there were so much food. I couldn't even finish it. All the ambience is that of a typical Mexican restaurant, but you cannot beat the quality of food and the price that you were paying service was great. I don't think there was ever a time where my drink was not full and would suggest anybody who loves a good Mexican spot to check it out.

The last time I ate here there were no I-phones. Nothing has changed . Same great food fast service. It's good to be comforted by fond memories from long ago. Don't know what took me so long to come back. No remodel, same wonderful comforting no nonsense ambiance. My heart and belly are full today.

A local Mexican food. It was a good experience. The restaurant was spacious with plenty of seating. The waiter came to my table immediately to get a drink order and drop off chops. The sales was tasty but a little spicey. I had the #17 which was the ground beef enchilada, ground beef burrito with rice and beans for $15. Overall the food was good. I would give it a 3.5 if available. I probably would be back if I was in the area and was looking for Mexican food.

We received two big bags of chips and salsa with our order! Tasty and fresh!

I really needed comfort food recently after coming back to Georgia. It had been a long journey traveling about 19 hours in recent days, helping my mom and cat uproot and move their lives across country (and across the biggest ocean). I've been exhausted caregiving, preparing, and planning things non-stop for almost a month. I generally run to Mexican or Thai food for comfort and already had business in Duluth, so this place popped up on my radar. After finding out the Lawrenceville/Duluth Don Pedro location recently closed (one that I never got to try), I decided just to phone in an order here for lunch. A guy answered the phone and took my order without issue. I decided to try the "Speedy Gonzales" plate and the Three Taquitos. The plate came with choice of rice or beans, and it came with an enchilada and taco with your choice of meats. Over the phone it was not specified as "ground beef" or "shredded beef" for the item choices. I prefer shredded beef in most Mexican dishes, mostly because I can make ground beef any time and usually do. I had the option of "chicken or beef," so I went with beef for the plate and the taquitos. It turns out the taquitos had shredded beef, but the enchilada and taco were ground beef. Everything was delicious and fresh tasting though, so I have no complaints! On the side came two big bags of chips and two salsas, along with pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream in a separate container. The pico-guac-cream mix was a little watery, as to be expected, but at least it was complimentary and the pico had great flavor from the cilantro and peppers (not overpowering at all). Overall, for the price, convenient location in Duluth, tasty and fresh food, and generous portions, I would definitely order takeout from this place again. I got the "comfort" I needed and would recommend this spot if you're in the area.

This is a no-frills Mexican restaurant. They don't try to make anything over the top. So if you want good Mexican food that's simple and straightforward, this is the place. The salsa has a little kick and the chips are always warm. The staff are wonderful and they work as a team to take care of the tables. I went with the trusty speedy Gonzales and it was delicious. My husband always gets beef nachos and a side of rice. The meat isn't really seasoned which is fine for this type of place, again, it's very simple and straightforward. Everything was delicious.

Good quality Mexican food at a fair price. The cheese enchiladas here are awesome. Service has always been top notch as well.

Service was a 7 maybe an 8/10 but the food is a 10/10! The menu is ridiculously big, which is a good thing. You'll definitely leave full.

The cheese dip is fabulous, and the salsa is spicy and yummy! The atmosphere isn't great, but the food is.

Great, fresh food and fast service. A lot of bang for your buck. Decor needs updating, but the place seems very clean.

There were 8 of us total (4 adults and 4 kids). The food was great. Everything came out on time at the same time. Service was on top of it. Food tasted great. I had the birria tacos, my wife had the veggie fajitas, our friends had the blackened salmon tacos and the birria quesadillas. The restaurant has a fair number of TVs, which allowed everyone to have a view of the soccer match. Definitely have to keep this place in mind for other family dinner nights. We live on the other end of Johns creek, so often head to Senior Patrons or Seven Tequilas. Terrazas is definitely better quality food than both of those restaurants.

We were actually thankful to be at the bar b/c there were a lot of families (they deserve a night out too) with small children who had those high-pitched screams... hahahaha, our children are older, so we don't love that sound anymore. The robots are always fun taking drinks to tables. Go & enjoy!

I just made sure to ask for extra pickled onions because they are delicious. My husband had a beef burrito with cheese dip, rice, and beans. Alejandro did bring three sauces for us to try with different levels of heat, but I opted not to try any of them after I tried one and I didn't like the taste. I was good with just the salsa that came with the chips. I ordered a flan to go and I would give that a six out of 10. I don't ever have to have that again. The bathrooms were clean and really smelled nice. Whatever air freshener they are using in the women's bathroom is a 10 out of 10. Parking here is free and is first come first serve. There is a lower parking area available if the top level is full. The parking lot is shared with other restaurants and businesses in the same complex. I would definitely come back here to try something else recommended by the staff.

Heavy on the tequila choices for sure! I had a Baja fish taco and a side of rice with queso on it. Both were delicious. I'll be 65 at the end of this month . I told her that doubled her tip!
