There was plenty of seating inside which meant it didn't take long for the two of us to seated. It'd been years since I ate at a Spaghetti Factory. I order the Diavola Chicken Gnocchi and LOVED it. It had a nice spice to it, and the chicken wasn't overcooked. My partner ordered the manicotti, which she really enjoyed with the side of meatballs. The mozzarella triangles were exactly what you'd want and expect from a mozzarella stick. We tried the tropical sangria which was okay; it was sweet but didn't have much of a kick to it. Overall it was a great dining experience!

The serving staff was super helpful and accommodating. Wish it was climate controlled as the temp was warm and there was limited air flow. To top it off, they served us some ice cream (part of the all included menu), which got us all cooled off and ready for the next adventure. It's upstairs in the mall, which might be hard to locate, but if you are looking for some good Italian grub while in Banff, load up the tasty carbs right here!

Perfectly cooked, insanely flavorful, and worth every dollar. It's also dope that they let you choose your own steak knife, which adds to the whole experience. The sides were just as good: the milk bread is dangerously good, the broccolini is cooked perfectly, and the potatoes are rich and comforting. Service was outstanding. Adam was hands-down a big reason the night was so good -- he helped with drink recommendations, set the tone, and really tied the entire dinner together. And do not skip dessert -- the 1888 Sundae is absolutely worth it. I could honestly eat two by myself. Great food, great service, would 100% come back.

The grounds are beautiful, please don't do yourself a disservice by coming on time, you should absolutely come EARLY to explore the Fairmont. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were able to sit at a beautiful waiting area while the made sure our table was ready, and were given a gorgeous private room for our large group. Our waiter, Alex, was very patient with our large group, gave us wine recommendations, and even shared a few laughs with us. The food itself was incredible; we shared the potatoes, broccolini, peppers, and asparagus family style and our standouts were the peppers and potatoes. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their steak, even though we all got different cuts and styles. At the end of the night, we were sorry to be too full to try dessert, and left with great memories and full bellies.

We started with two small plates and a vegetable: Salmon Crudo, Pickled Marinated Fried Chicken and the Cabbage. Wow. Wow. Wow. We decided to eat each one entirely before moving to the next one. Each one had such unique flavors, we wanted to focus on them and enjoy without confusing our taste buds. I highly recommend doing this! Then we ordered the Lamb dish. Our menu said it was going to be a curry dish, but when it arrived it was a Mediterranean dish. It was honestly dreamy! But we were confused because I guess we had a copy of the old menu. Nonetheless, I basically licked the plate! Lastly we ordered the chocolate salted caramel budino (pudding) for dessert. It was so luscious and went perfectly with our end of dinner hot drinks of tea and cappuccino. The serviced matched the food: also fantastic. Super professional and friendly waitress (I forgot to ask her name) she was so personal and we enjoyed talking to her. They comp'd our lamb because of the menu mixup which was so nice! If you're a foodie who enjoys good service, definitely try this place!

While waiting for everyone to come & settle down, they were serving appetizers. Everything on the menu was so delicious. Drinks were good! Tried the wine they were offering - Cabernet, ot was earthy, dry, just perfect. I had mocktails but decided that a shot of tequilla won't hurt. Had to do a repeat on that - yep, it was that good. Main course was absolutely light. Had the chicken, my dad had the fish, and my mom had the beef - we had a taste of everything. The dessert was a flourless chocolate cake that tasted really good. I was surprised at how goodot was. I did not get to try their menu because it was already pre ordered but i would definitely be trying it out next time. Before I forget, staff was super accomodating. They made sure everyone had their parking validated, etc. There is parking but can get packed easily so plan ahead.

The wait staff was pleasant knowledgeable and accommodating. We were in a large party so we had a semi private dining area. Their specialty cocktails were great and very appealing to the eye in regard to the presentation upon delivery to the table. Very well put together flavour notes hit. The noise level in the restaurant was perfect for socializing so no complaints there. We did have a large party which probably pushed the kitchen staff a bit because some of the plating of a few dishes came out and were not complete ( 2out3 dishes came missing some plating components) when we made a comment to the waiter he went to investigate. They realized the issue and made a course correction on our bills which was appreciated. I hade the pork chops and I'll say the plating presentation was good but the quality of the the chops not so much, now I've worked in the industry in the past so I usually give a wide birth when it comes to the doneness of my proteins. But these were over cooked or seemed to have been cooked from a frozen state because they were dry as an Alberta summer. Not to mention tough and for that reason is why I'm only giving a 3 out of 5. Pork chops should be cooked through but full of juice these definitely missed the mark. The other components of the dish were great cooked proper with a perfect balance of seasoning. I'd come stop in again if I was in town but I'd probably wouldn't get the chops again.
