It's a food truck parked on the street near the corner of the shopping center nearby. Parking was pretty easy on the street or in the nearby shopping center. Don't expect an area to eat or tables unless you're gonna walk down to the shopping center or take it to go as most people do. The staff was very friendly and full of smiles, and I was able to order with my broken Spanish. Food: I wanted to try a variety of pupusas so got the Revueltas, spinach with cheese, and lorocco with cheese. All were very tasty and I would love to try the rest of the menu as well. My favorite by far is the pupusa Revueltas. This is as close to authentic Salvadoran you can get until you try the local cheeses in El Salvador.

I ordered 4, all different, plus 3 pastor tacos. After I placed the order, he told me it would be about 15 minutes, great sign since it meant they would be freshly made. The pupusas were all $4 each and simply delicious. Loved the flavor of them and the curtido. I sent out a whatsapp to the family to have them all drop by to try these. Far better than most places around here that I've tried.

We were craving for yummy Pupusas so we drive there to San Mateo from San Francisco! We have been here before..and this place NEVER DISAPPOINT! Upon reading other comments on Yelp..it's a hit or miss for some people and I get it! It's your personal opinion..well respected! :) As for my experience today..from going inside to being serviced by two awesome staff there like Saul and Yesenia was very pleasant to us! :)) We appreciated great customer service and it makes a big difference when you're greeted with love and smiles!!! The people who work there are very nice hard workers! Thank you guys!! :)) We noticed a lot of people eating there! It was a pretty full house today which is a great sign for us and for them I'm sure! Saul took our orders! My honey got the Combo 2 Pupusas..one cheese(that one was actually ordered for me for later!) I got the 2 Pupusas..chicken and pork with yummy rice and refried beans!! Both were delicious but the pork was more flavorful to me! Love..love the Cabbage slaw and red sauce! I really glad it wasn't spicy too! Lol!! :} We had our own drinks coz we're trying not to drink too much sodas! Everything was sooo GOOD! It was a perfect meal and being full with happy tummies feels GREAT!!! Overall..try this place..Support this establishment! Especially a family owned restaurant! I'm certain Mr. Oscar Chavez the General Manager their Awesone son Saul will appreciate your kind business!! Saul always provides great customer service and makes really good Micheladas. The pupusas still taste great every time I go and I highly recommend. They serve Breakfast, Mexican food, Salvadoran food, and Seafood. I want to try other foods, but I just really enjoy their pupusas. Check this place out, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I usually order Pozole, but that dish is only during the winter time. So I ordered a cup of tortilla soup! The chicken was fresh and delicious, and the broth was so good I drank it all. The salsa trio is always my favorite appetizer because of the spicy mango salsa! I finish it every time. I also got the Plátanos cubanos, but I got the toppings on the side so I could enjoy their plantains by themselves. As an appetizer, snack, meal, or dessert, plantains are the best. I ordered a side of rice with my steak tacos too, and I have to say this rice is the most similar to the type my mom makes at home. Not too tomatoey, but perfectly moist and tasty. I opted out of getting a cocktail today, so I got a mocktail. I was craving agua de jamaica, which they didn't directly have, but this "zero proof" cocktail hit the spot ;) As for the steak tacos, the steak was a little too chewy for my liking, but that's because I usually get my steak well done (I know, don't judge). Thank you Milagros for always being the best spot for a comforting meal!

The biggest disappointment however was when I looked at my receipt. In addition to taxes and tipping, I was another charged 3.5% for "state mandate." I inquired and was told that since the restaurant has to provide medical insurance, their employees they charge customers for that now. It's just so shady that this is not disclosed ahead of time or at least no obvious and it's only if you look at your receipt, do you see you're being charged this additional fee. Word for the wise it is optional despite the mandatory language on the receipt, so I encourage everyone to refuse to pay. You are not the one employing the employees, the employer is.

The staff are always friendly and attentive. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, with the half chicken as our main course. It comes with two sides, and this time we went with double salad, but the fries and plantains are also great options. The ceviche had wonderful flavor with fresh toppings and delicious house-made plantain chips. The green beans were cooked perfectly, still crisp and topped with garlic and ginger that added great flavor. I've tried all of the empanadas, but this time I went with the veggie truffle mushroom, and it was delicious. The dipping sauce that comes with both the empanadas and the chicken is so yummy! My absolute favorite dish is the truffle mac and cheese. It's rich, creamy, and incredibly flavorful without feeling too heavy. The truffle is perfectly balanced and makes it one of the best! Limón continues to be one of my go-to spots because the food is consistently fresh and flavorful!

The salad and french fries were crowded on the plate. The presentation was not easy on the eyes. The french fries were cold and not fresh like they have been sitting there a long time. The waiter was not the most upbeat and friendly . He wasn't very attentive, and came as the meal was at the end, asking if everything is ok? My husband and son were still eating when they took my plate and daughters when they were still eating their meal. Usually when people are all finished, then you clear the table. We were outside eating and it was fine. It was rather cold, the waiter could have asked if we wanted the heat lamp turned on. Overall, I will continue to go to the Walnut Creek location where the service, ambiance, and food is top notch .
