    Chicken carnitas with corn tortillas.

Lovely service and a vast menu. Gluten free items were noted-- and there were lots. Hug plates!

Such good food!! The carne asada tacos were excellent, really delicious and tender meat. Rice and beans are great too, and I'm picky about them. The horchata is so good we ordered it again to go the next day. You can actually taste the rice in it. My husband was raving about the camarones a la crema and its a dish he orders everywhere. Prices are pretty reasonable too considering these little beach towns can be pricey.

Tacos Al Pastor. That's a really big plate!

Enormous platters of delicious and expertly prepared and presented food. We had Tacos Al Pastor and Flauta Taquitos, both excellent. Reasonable prices And great service. Five stars!

El Trio Loco Manzanita - cream enchiladas / chunky guacamole

Huge portion/plate sizes so go hungry. Around our table of 5 we had a burrito, enchiladas, tacos, a salad, & guac. All the dinners were good, we definitely left stuffed. Salsa was average, chunky guac was large and tasty. Service was friendly and attentive.

    Oaxaca Grande Margarita with salt

Stopped in for lunch and ordered a small combo with a chicken mole' enchilada, chile relleno, rice and beans. It was all delicious, flavorful, especially the dark mole' and moist chicken inside the enchilada. I walked in alone and was immediately greeted with a hi, how are you and seated by a window with a great view. I also had a Oaxaca grande margarita that was absolutely delicious and refreshing. I come visit the Oregon coast every year and this place will be on my list to eat every time in the future! Clean and well maintained, cute dining room. All newly updated. I would give them six stars if I could!!

Best place ever!! Get the skinny margarita and ground beef tacos. I can't wait to go back

    Chimichanga and chile relleno
    John O.

Decent Mexican food. Better than I was prepared for. I had a combo with chimichanga and chile relleno. The relleno was just okay. The chimichanga was very satisfying. The ground beef tacos were totally old school which pleased my wife. They appear to have a big drink selection but we ran into issues with it not being available. Like so many places in Manzanita the service is slow. Too many diners and too few service employees everywhere.

Modest space offering delicious food, a broad cocktail menu, and friendly service. We were very happy with their shrimp enchiladas.

Incredibly poor customer service when issues arise…read more Spoke to some rude young guy at 8:54p on 6/20/2026. **UPDATE 06/27: Upon this response I am glad to have made the decision to no longer dine at this restaurant as most of what the business is claiming happened is inaccurate and being relayed to them from a now terminated employee that they are choosing to believe the narrative of versus a customers. I would imagine your phone lines are not recorded otherwise you would have verified that is not how the call played out at all. I did mispeak at the beginning of the call and tried to clarify that my order had been called in over the phone but the calltaker was too busy arguing with me to let me get a word in. I will absolutely admit to using a singular F bomb at the end of the call prior to disconnecting out of frustration, but only after being talked over, argued with and ridiculed for the entire duration of the phone call. It was at that point I realized that the man on the other side of the phone call did not respect me nor my situation and was more concerned with being right than about resolving the issue at hand. I had a long day and after driving for 8+ hours was hoping to just support a local restaurant / employees and eat some good food. Someone shouldn't have to speak to a manager to order something without an ingredient and then still be given that ingredient. I hope the next person you hire has better customer service skills. -Hey so I'm never one to leave reviews unless I feel other people could benefit from my experience, so I wanted to save someone from hopefully going through what I just went through tonight with this restaurant. I ordered a cheese enchilada with no meat, as I haven't eaten meat for almost 15 years and it makes me incredibly sick to consume it. I placed my order over the phone and everyone was incredibly nice at pickup and besides them forgetting my horchata there were no issues. (Genuinely could have cared less about this but now it's just the icing on the proverbial cake, I guess). I made sure to tip near 20% in cash, as I appreciate the hustle of the food service industry and wanted to support local. I was halfway through my enchiladas when I noticed specks of what looked like meat on the top and in the center of my food. Concerned, I called in to verify what food I had been given as I ordered cheese and had what looked to be chicken in my food. Instead of being apologetic for messing up my order, I was told "well it should be obvious if it has meat in it or not" and then when I told the person on the phone I could get sick if it's chunks of meat he then ARGUED with me about how it's pork and not chicken?? And then informed me that's "just how their green sauce is made", as if I should have had insider knowledge to that. I told him I was not informed of this and I was practically shrugged off as he argued again with me about "how it's just on top and not inside", as if I was some overreacting child who just needed to scrape the top off of the food I just paid for. (There was also meat sauce inside but I just dropped the issue). Then he "sort of" offered a solution by requesting I drive all the way back to provide in- person proof of the food, again not at all sympathetic or even remotely apologetic, even after I told him I may need to seek medical attention and was just calling so I could get info on what I consumed. I couldn't even drive back to give him the half eaten enchilada and get my money back because by the time I finally got to eat half of a dinner that will likely make me vomit, I was 45 mins south at my destination. ***What makes me so mad about this whole ridiculous event is a simple apology would have sufficed. My money back would have been nice but I just wanted to get clarification on the issue and get a freaking apology the food I paid for was screwed up and likely going to make me sick. But I was instead belittled over not knowing their kitchen recipes, despite saying multiple times over the phone "no meat". There was no confusion when the order was placed and it was read back to me multiple times, so it really just comes down to them just not caring. I expect no special treatment over my food choices but a little respect and basic human decency would have been real nice. Guess that's too much to ask for from Los Caperales. Have a better night than I'm going to

Adabada was a step above the carne asada. Now the sides were not good. One single radish for 4 tacos, and my wife got 4 tacos with NO radish, I don't know why. Grilled onions were great and limes were juicy. Now here comes the service. So the service was abismal. I first ordered 5 tacos in line, no one behind me and one person in front of me. I ordered and the lady repeated it back to me and I said correct, so I get to the window and she pulls up saying "you had the ten tacos, correct?" And on the fly I just said yes because I didn't want to be cause a problem or have them throw them away but not happy I had to spend another 15 bucks. Also, I came the day before and tried to get tacos and the lady gave me a chicken quesadilla. So clearly the workers are not organized or care to make sure the customers order is right. So just go with caution that you might not get what you ordered, or just open your order before leaving like you do when you go to most fast food restaurants. I wanted to give this place a better score like a 4

Used to love eating here. A few times we came to Tillamook craving Mexican and they were closed,…read moreand we were actually bummed. Having said that... Improvements could be made when it comes to customer service this time around. When a customer asks for salsa for a to-go order or left overs, the accompanying salsa for the MEXICAN food should happily be given out. NOT, "Thats going to be a 50 cent charge per salsa container," the size of my thumb. Let's be fair, eating a burrito without salsa is like eating sushi without soy sauce! If this place was more generous with their salsas, I would have been happy to give them another star because their food really isn't that bad! Granted, I ordered an adobada burrito and they made an asada one, I let that slide- and then the audacity when I asked for a Togo salsa cup for the 1/2 burrito I didn't finish and the girl tells me it's a charge. No thank you. We frequent Tillamook with friends and family who visit but will not be recommending this place anymore.
