    Rockfish tacos and meatloaf sandwich
    Kristi P.

Meatloaf sandwich with sweet potato fries: 4.this was a hearty meal. The meatloaf was flavorful and not dry, and the sweet potato fries were also good. Rockfish tacos: very plentiful toppings. Fish seemed a little dry. Overall, a good place to go if you're looking for a more substantial meal in Manzanita. Service was friendly, seating a little limited.

1 LB of steamers - nom!

5 for lunch the other day. We came early, so the seating area was pretty empty and we were seated promptly. The waitress came by and took our drink orders immediately and took good care of us for the rest of the meal. The steamers are on the appetizer menu, a 1LB portion to share, but I ordered them as my entree and they were pretty wonderful. The sauce had a great flavor, lots of garlic, the way I like it. The big hit was the clam chowder, which according to some folks was just as good or better than what they've had in a high-end seafood restaurant. We had a great time and will likely be back for breakfast in the next week or two!

We had a really nice lunch here on a somewhat chilly and blustery day. The menu has lots of different options, and all of the ones we opted for were delicious. I had a cup of their chowder, served at a really nice temperature and really tasty. I also had a tuna sandwich which looked a little suspect (dry) upon arrival, but was really delicious. It was fresh tuna (which probably explains the difference in color and appearance of the fish) served on toasted bread with lettuce and tomato. It also came with french fries. (hot and perfectly crunchy!) My husband had half of my sandwich and ordered a Caesar salad with anchovies (blech!). He loved the salad and the addition, but would have been happier with a little less dressing. We each had a nice draft beer too. It was bright and warm and even as the place got busier, it wasn't too loud. The staff was very sweet. We will happily stop here again in the future.

    Oyster shooters

Offshore Grill had all of the small town charm with some really great flavor!! We ordered the clams and salmon flatbread to go and while we waiting had some oyster shooters. The oyster shooters were delicious with great flavor. The clams and salmon flatbread were also DELICIOUS, even to go!! Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend if you're in the manzanita area!

We have been here a few times now and I swear I have done a review before but can't find it. Anyways, service has been great the 3 times we have been here. The filthy fries are tasty and a great starter. Portion size is huge and we always take a lot home to enjoy later. Oyster shooters to start were large in size. They had my favorite Helvatia Son of a Peach cider which I was happy about. Hubby tried the meatloaf dinner and thought it was great. He noticed the table next to us had it and he was intrigued. I tried the bay shrimp Louie (no salmon please) and a bowl of the clam chowder which was pretty velvety served with warm bread. I took home most of the chowder to enjoy for lunch the following day. The peanut butter pie was taken to go when I wasn't so stuffed to devour late at night while watching a movie in our camper. Great spot in the am for coffee and pastry as well.

This coffee shop and restaurant right down from the beach in Manzanita has a lot of great coffee and food options on the menu. I opted for just the coffee and tried an iced latte and iced vanilla chai latte both of which tasted great! The staff was busy but helped us as promptly as they could and the inside was bustling while we waited for the drinks. Overall, this is a great spot to stop if you're spending time in Manzanita and are looking for a spot to grab both a coffee and a meal.

We came in for dinner during an annual girls beach weekend. We come here every year, usually Sunday night dinner because our favorite restaurant, Neah Kah Nie Bistro, is closed. It's usually a pretty good second choice, but this visit was extremely disappointing. We walked in around 5pm and was seated promptly. Service was friendly and helpful. We ordered the halibut and salmon entrees. Since the salmon came with a BBQ sauce, we asked them if they could put it on the side. Salmon and BBQ sauce sounded odd to me. I don't like my fresh fish serced with a lot of sauce. Our food came and we were surprised by the small fillet with potato and spinach sides for $40. Way over priced for quality and quantity. We paid less for far better food the night before at our favorite restaurant. In addition, one of the sides on the halibut entree was obviously burnt. That meal was $42. We may drive into Cannon Beach for dinner next year on our Sunday night. We will be skipping this restaurant in the future.

After briefly checking out the bookstore next door, decided to check out Offshore Grill and Coffee House. The menu items and pastry case was not jumping at me, however, I decided on a 24oz quad shot iced mocha ($6.35) to go for my drive back to Depoe Bay. Ironically, they carried the coffee roasts from Cannon Beach spot I was at earlier, but was closed. Nice concept indie supporting indie. Based on the lines for beverages, to use the restroom, and packed indoor and outdoor seating - clearly very popular! I did appreciate the refreshing water available by the entrance and friendly barista at the counter...added an additional star for that. The mocha itself was cloyingly too sweet. Took only a few sips, but improved as the melting ice diluted the volume. Note: can't speak to their pastry case and other menu items.

I had a really pleasant experience dining here! The BBQ chicken sandwich was very filling and came with a good amount of fries as a side. The bun and chicken were my favorites, and based on personal preference I would ask for less pickles on mine. I also tried an iced chai latte with oat milk from the coffeehouse and it had a great chai flavor and wasn't sweet. Everyone working there was very sweet and had a great & lively atmosphere going!

We dropped by for lunch recently. They've got a small amount of indoor seating, as well as some outdoor tables (a few covered) set in a cute garden style patio. They offer coffee and pastries in the morning, and have a separate lunch and dinner menu. We ended up with a chicken sandwich and salad, as well as a steak sandwich with soup. Our meals were hearty and flavorful, very tasty. Our server was very sweet...service fast and attentive. Definitely a great first impression.

    Corn on the cob

Well... if you're looking for something delicious and not something you can get everywhere then come here! Food was fantastic, service was friendly and the atmosphere was clean & quiet. Must try's Corn on the cob & Pork Belly Bites! While you're at it throw in an order of Filthy Fries and you'll be set! Well done team! We will be back and bring our friends.

First visit and last. The outdoor cute patio with trees draws you in but service and management…read moredraw you out! PLENTY OF OTHER COFFEE SHOPS IN THAT AREA AND STREET TO VISIT THAT ARE RUNNING THEIR BUSINESS PROFESSIONALLY. This one is very UNPROFESSIONAL. As a business owner ourselves, we WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Another business that is VIRTUE SIGNALING. *No matter which side of the isle you are on, you should never advertise your views or try to impose them, at a place of business. Went in just wanting a good cup of coffee, nice ambiance to sit and drink it, enjoy the beautiful Oregon weather, and simply forget the cares of this crazy world. It's a shame we couldn't do that! They have signs posted everywhere stating NO KINGS, we accept all immigrants, you are safe here, and more! They try to project 'as if' they are accepting of everyone, altho common sense points to that their signs are clearly targeting the President of their own country (that allowed them to own a business and profit, through capitalism), with posting ridiculous brain washing terminology and targeting any American who tends to have any type of different views in the greatest country in the world with freedoms for 'ALL' to have value and opinion. I lived in a communist country and understand the difference FIRST HAND. SADLY some BUSINESS OWNERS can't seem to comprehend that staying OUT of politics and virtue signaling opens your business up to HELP MAKE 'EVERYONE' welcomed and PROSPERS your business! I wish I would have gotten photos of all the ridiculous signs. Good businesses (like great celebrities also), learn to keep their personal opinions to themselves and just serve others. You are killing your own profits and eventually it will catch up to you. AGAIN, PLENTY OF OTHER COFFEE SHOPS IN THAT AREA AND SAME STREET TO VISIT THAT ARE RUNNING THEIR BUSINESS AS 'PROFFESIONALS'. ****Not to mention that as we were in there, a man came up to the register to return his coffee because the creamer was hurdled!!!! The manager, or owner, (not sure exactly), was walking around the shop (not behind the counter), overheard him and walked over to the creamer. Looked into the creamer container, said "OH", and just handed the bad creamer to the employee behind the counter. However, she (owner or manager) never said a thing to her customer who had the bad experience, nor offered anything to correct the disappointment. The register guy simply replaced his bad coffee with another fresh cup and everyone moved on. In our opinion as business owners also, this is horrible customer service and a company who is only concerned about their pockets. Not repeat clientele nor a good reputation. They DONT care about anyone, (unlike what their signs try to portray), because THAT customer could have been one of their own, yet he still got treated horribly. A refund or added free treats for that customer, would have left a good experience for him and all who saw the incident, and only cost the business a few bucks, and possibly a write off. *POINT OF REVIEW: 'BEWARE' of businesses who virtual signal ANY political views or opinions, and simply go to those that welcome 'EVERYONE' with a simple smile and good customer service (period).
