Even though my interaction with them was very limited, the staff was nice enough. I ordered a jumbo Carolina Slaw Dog with a side of BBQ baked beans. The sides are already prepared and pre-packed, so my wait was not long. It took them less than 5 minutes to have my food ready. The beans were cold, but they did offer to heat them for me. I was heading straight home so I opted to just heat them up when I got there. My dog's bread was soggy, as expected. I am just throwing that out there for those people that soggy bread matters to. It was a delicious dog though and I really liked it. The beans were also pretty good and I enjoyed them as well. I highly recommend fining out where this truck is going to be and checking them out. They are always juicy and flavorful and filled up as much as they can be (some burritos we have gotten from other taco spots have too little filling and a lot of loose tortilla, but not here). They have great tacos as well. We decided to bring my sister and BIL with us after we went to a Halloween event at Newfields and they loved it.
