The food isn't given in order, someone who ordered after me will get their food before me even when your order is more simple than theirs. The cashier either can't hear or can't multitask, order is always missing something... come to find out it was never added to my order to begin with. The "homemade" tortillas aren't even cooked right... have gotten them raw from the center before or other times they will just snap in half and fall apart. Worst taco truck, went once 2 years ago and service and food was bad, decided to give it another try and it was still horrible. Ordered a California burrito which on description says it comes with meat, fries, cheese, rice, beans, sour cream, avocado and choice of salsa. It's not that I'm snotty it's just my first thought is what's hiding inside that I can't see while they are making my food out of a mobile truck. I've given this place some many chances to make up for bad experiences. But I've decided that I won't be coming here anymore. The service is really bad, ask for extra lemons because I ordered multiple tacos for my family and we get sass and given the lemons in a rude way. I will continue to go to La Paloma which is only a few blocks away, where their tacos are much better and their champurrado is amazing but also, their service is great! The food was not good !! I went to their location on North Main st. It used to be El Gallo. The cashier took for ever to take orders I assumed it was the customer ordering a lot or just taking long . When it was my turn i ordered all tacos (not a difficult order to take.) She put in one by one in register so my receipt was super long then asked me how I wanted them served (I had told her while ordering ) then 35 minutes later I get my cold tacos. By the time I got home and opened what was supposed to be lunch for my family I just threw them away they looked like someone had liked and spit it out on the tortilla! Last night I ordered a Asada quesadilla with corn tortilla and the volcan hot dog. The quesadilla had almost nothing of meat?!!! The tortilla was very think and dry. I couldn't taste the Asada flavor and no taste in the tortillas. Before the tortilla would have a corn smell and freshness, not anymore! :( The hot dog was not well done, the bacon was chewy and stale.
