Drop off was questionable, I went when they first opened and the woman who greeted me didn't speak English. We had trouble communicating, but I had pinned the dress I needed hemmed and was able to tell her what I needed and when I needed it done. She gave me Ligia's card and said to call her later when she would be in. I got a call from Ligia before I had a chance to call. She said she would be able to get the alterations done the same day, no problem. When I went to pick up the dress I had to wait a few minutes while someone else picked up their clothes. The work they had had done was really fun and unique. It was then that I realized I could ask Ligia to do some custom sewing for me in the future. I'm excited to have a real seamstress so close by! I haven't been back yet, but I'm sure I will be returning soon. My first experience was surprisingly successful.

Long story short: my European-based tailors for a dance suit (unique, stretchy, weird) screwed up in a lot of ways, meaning I didn't get a new dance jacket until the same day as a competition. The tailors at Lynn were able to not only get it tailored properly, but they significantly IMPROVED its construction in virtually every way, and in less than two hours. They literally took a mess and made it perfect in every way, and for a remarkably affordable price. I still get compliments on the jacket (pictured, literally ONE HOUR after Lynn fixed it up!). While I'll hopefully never have a similar emergency in the future, I can't recommend this place enough.
