Part of gourmet chicken wrap. Ok but pretty much all fell out
    Jess L.

We spontaneously came here for lunch. It's a pretty standard diner. The kid menu was pretty robust, and the pasta and hot dog with fries did the trick. Our wraps were ok, though all the contents sort of spilled out. More could be done to keep the ingredients inside the wrap. The frappe was ok. I like that it wasn't too sweet, but I needed a little bit more of a caffeine buzz that morning.

Decent diner on the Elmsford/Tarrytown border. I was looking for a quick meal after a really long day and was seated right away. Staff members were nice and accommodating. I spotted a single page in the overwhelming menu filled with too many choices highlighting Mexican tacos. That was exactly what I wanted. Taco choices were beef, pork, chicken and blackened fish. I went with the chicken (though I would have preferred to mix and match-that wasn't an option). Chicken was a little dry and a smidge salty but tasty enough. Green sauce was moderately spicy and the corn tortillas were good. The cilantro and onions were very mild-almost oddly tasteless. Rice and beans were Ok. Three tacos were inhaled by yours truly and I had no room for anything else. Again-decent diner.

    Greek Salad

We went there late last night after an event in the city. They are open 24/7, which is very convenient. The food we ordered - Greek salad and tuna club sandwich- was good. The desserts -lemon cake and rice pudding - were also good. The service was acceptable. No complaints. The place is clean and tidy. If we're ever in the area, we will go back.

Rushed service and misleading information on the Menu. I was asked 3 times within 5 minutes if I was ready to order (I was not due to some confusion about the menu). I ended up ordering from their Breakfast Menu a Texas Avocado Toast (French Toast with Avocado, Mixed Greens, Chopped Tomato, Olive Oil & Sunny Side Egg) and I was given dry Texas toast with eggs over it and a salad with balsamic dressing of the side. This item was in the Breakfast section of the Menu (next to the pancakes). When I went up to discuss the restaurant's vision for the sandwich, they shut me down. I did not ask for a discount or to have the item removed from my bill, I was just looking for clarification of what this item was actually supposed to look/ taste like. I gave the wait staff person a 20% tip regardless. Very discouraging treatment and quality of the food. Do not recommend.

We had early 4 am cravings and were happy this place is open 24 hours. We both had breakfast. My omelet was big and super delicious; fluffy pancakes and great staff at that time. Good coffee and hot chocolate.

Eggs Benedict Florentine with potatoes and Turkey Club with a side of Cole slaw.

We love a good diner and we're very happy that Eldorado Diner was within walking distance of The Marriott hotel. We got the turkey club and the Eggs Benedict Florentine. Got the coke slaw with a pickle as the side for the Turkey Club. I got the iced coffee to drink and it was perfect! The food was good. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly. The turkey club was a huge hit with the coleslaw. As others have stated - the potatoes were not hot and not seasoned. Service was great. As soon as we walked in, we knew we were in a diner - the perfect vibe! If we would have still been hungry, we would have tried a dessert. They looked amazing.

    Meatloaf?

Pleasant staff. Terrible food. Never again. Meatloaf was not edible. Margaritas was without tequila.

There were so many options, I was a little overwhelmed in the best way. My friends shared a pasta trio, and the pesto gnocchi looked especially amazing. They also ordered the Fruity Pebble milkshake, which was definitely a sight to see. I enjoyed the berry mule with strawberries and blueberries, which was refreshing and perfect with dinner. My gluten-free chicken burrito bowl was also delicious. The chicken was well seasoned, moist and flavorful. Thank you for a great meal and experience. Next time I am back, I am trying one of the gluten-free sandwiches!

The food was good. We ordered the chicken tacos, French toast, and pancakes, and everyone enjoyed what they got. The portions were generous and everything came out fresh. The drinks were just okay, nothing that really stood out. The only disappointing part of our visit was the service. Our waiter seemed very short with us from the beginning. I asked if one ingredient could be left off my meal, and the response felt dismissive rather than accommodating. It wasn't the request being denied that bothered me, it was how it was handled. I also noticed he seemed much friendlier and more engaged with other tables than he was with ours, which was unfortunate. I'd definitely give the food another try because there are so many things on the menu I'd like to come back for. I just hope the service is a little more welcoming next time because it would really elevate the overall experience.

Staff is attentive and checks in relatively often My turkey BLT today on focaccia was brimming with ingredients with nice thick bacon and juicy turkey--tasted great! On this somber Memorial day we needed to gather with friends and City Limits Diner was the place to go. I first became aware of City Limits when I saw the documentary of Vogue magazine's, André Leon Alley, who was a frequent customer at City Limits, before the pandemic of 2020 reeled it's ugly head. Somehow I knew, as a newly suburban transplant from Manhattan, it only made sense to visit the place that a worldly Vogue Stylist had dined as my diner destiny! City Limits is one of the most popular diners in Westchester County. You will always feel welcome here, the menu has the usual large array of typical diner menu choices, but with added flair. Every item is good, delicious and fresh. I really like a place that's always full of life, reliably consistent and welcome. Plus it doesn't hurt that a few of my favorite Yelp friends (and RL friends) frequent City Limits as well. :) 5 Easy Stars Thank you!

My…read moreserver was very polite and the free parking lot in back was easy but it was not my favorite diner experience of the year. Inside is fairly small but the tables are large and can host groups up to six per table. They do have a giant menu filled with all sorts of options, some of them are pretty crazy, especially the influencer section of the menu. I started off with a cup of the chili and wasn't a huge fan of it. It tasted more like the Cincinnati chili and had a large amount of oil. For my entrée, I chose the cheesesteak and was hoping it was going to be like a traditional Philly style, but it wasn't quite. I liked it more than the chili but still made me wish that I ordered a tuna melt or something else. I would give it a try again on a future visit but would want to try it again before I recommend.

Today was the first time we've eaten here in years. We were seated immediately but we waited more than 40 minutes for the food to come. We watched people leave because they could not wait for their food any longer. At first, I thought a chef must have called out. When our food finally came, I was forced to look at the most unappealing home fries that were molded to the plastic container they were stored in. At least try to make them look fresh bru. And the whole restaurant was cold. I was cold. The food was cold. This place should be called COLD Street Diner, am I right? And the coffee refill came like once. In the whole hour and a half we were there. The only times someone would walk by was to clear a table, or that guy idk who he is idk if he's the owner but he was wearing balenciaga sweatpants and then he would just go stand by the register to sip on some wine. My mother ordered the huevos rancheros and they were bland asl. I ordered the birria omelette and it was BLAND EVERYTHING WAS BLAND!!! The birria was just wet it didn't taste like anything bro. We haven't been to the Norwalk location but a lady sitting next to us noticed that we weren't happy with our food and she was speculating that all the good cooks got transferred there. Whether it's the cooks to blame, or the fact that it's a busy Saturday, it's safe to say we will not be coming back.
