We ordered a gluten-free pizza, two orders of fries, a few appetizers, a pitcher of water, a couple of beers, and a White Claw. About 25 minutes into bowling, we still hadn't received our drinks, not even the water. I understood they were busy, so I didn't say anything at first. However, after 48 minutes with no drinks or food, I finally found a manager and asked about our order. She apologized, and explained they were busy, our drinks arrived about 10 minutes later. Our food finally came out roughly 20 minutes after that -- over an hour after we had ordered. While the manager did extend our bowling time, and give the kids wrist bands it felt like too little, too late. We were extremely disappointed with the service, especially considering the price we paid. We will not be returning anytime soon.

After playing on it for a few minutes, I knew I must have one and now I've fallen down the wormhole of classic SNES games. Pricing on the Supaboy S and the games I bought were all fantastic. I was not familiar with pricing, so I did a little peeking on eBay before making a big purchase and all of the games were very very good prices. I expected to pay a good bit more to buy local, but GA seems to price their cartridges for about the same as they're selling for on eBay give or take.The Supaboy system was also a good price - it was available a few bucks cheaper online, but I'm literally talking about less than a 10% difference and buying local means having a great store like this AND not having to wait. I have checked out the other Gamer's Anonymous on the westside and I liked this location more. The staff here is friendly, approachable, and knows their stuff. This location also has some fun games playing on retro systems to let you relive some fun memories for freeeeeee! I'll be back! We were a little disappointed in the discrepancies with the online height requirements and what was posted at the park. So we went to guest relations. DJ was incredible. Her kindness and professionalism was top tier! She made sure that we were heard and even had the General Manager talk to us. The GM, Justin, was also incredible. I have never felt like my feedback mattered so much. It wasn't too huge of a deal, a little disappointing, but we were going to have a good time anyways. The way they handle business at Cliffs made it feel like the old "Uncle Cliffs". Family. Community. And made me feel good to spend my money supporting their business.
