The owner technician Victor quoted reasonably for replacement of electric panel of my house. He was on time, courteous, did the job well and pretty fast. He broke window pane while working and was replaced by another glass technician who was his friend. That required a bit of follow up. Things he could have done better - 1. planned so that my FiOS cables was not covered up - I'll have to deal with it later. 2. He called 10 minutes before reaching my home - would appreciate if he called a bit earlier. read more

What started out as a simple request for help turned into a great full-project decision. Initially I called to have the wiring redone on two ceiling fans I had installed that were done incorrectly. The pricing was great and while I had them there I asked about a lighting project. My condo had old-style halogen track lighting that didn't do much good and made the condo hot. I was told about new flush LED lighting that would eliminate the need for lightbulbs. I love the new look, the amount of light they provide and it has eliminated the heat produced by traditional lights. Everyone I've dealt with is courteous, knowledgeable and great to work with. I simply cannot say enough good things about Victor and his team at Electrisource!! We wanted to have an EV charger installed - called a few spots Kate's on the Tesla website...long waits led my husband to check Yelp. Victor's company came up with great reviews and we were able to schedule a virtual consult on a Sunday! The consult was a breeze as Victor guided me through what things he needed to see via a FaceTime call. He took a few screenshots and was ready to prepare an estimate. Thankfully, he asked me to check with our HOA before having him do the work. Honestly HOA was the biggest hurdle, but Victor helped answer every question that came up (he even sent pictures of examples)!! HOA approved and Victor was able to fit us in within days after he had a cancellation pop up. He and a member of his team, Sam, came by yesterday to do the work and they did a great job! Once they were done we got to chatting - my husband and I could have chatted with Victor and Sam all night! They were knowledgeable and just fun to talk to (we talked baseball, families, cars, etc.)! Excellent experience! Panicked morning - I thought I had a bad circuit in my kitchen - no power to the fridge and a few outlets. Not sure how long the power was out - but given the Pandemic grocery store situation these days - I didn't want to have to restock. Resetting the breakers did nothing. Found Electrisource on Yelp - they responded back immediately with a few open timeslots for troubleshooting (same day) and then immediately answered my call. Victor was able to walk me through fixing it over the phone. Yes - it was as simple as resetting the GFI switch - and yes, I should have known that - but he could have just as easily come out and charged me to troubleshoot. We had a house circuit stop working. It powered the microwave and a couple lights on three-way switches. Using a circuit tester I saw that the circuit had an "open neutral". I found Electrisource here on Yelp with great reviews so I contacted Victor via email and he responded within minutes. Electrisource was the only one to reply that they could come out quickly, and wouldn't charge to give me an estimate. They actually came out the same day, and if not for a mistake on my end - I couldn't find the pieces that came with the light fixture, so they weren't able to complete the install. They didn't charge a trip fee, and were very understanding and forgiving of my mistake. I found the pieces, and they came out the next business day and installed the light quickly. Had a problem with our microwave oven and didn't know if it was a bad beaker or a bad appliance. Saw that the reviews for nearby Electrisource were good so I asked Victor, the owner what he thought about the issue. He responded quickly, saying he thought it was the breaker, quoted me a reasonable price, and scheduled me into an apt someone else had just cancelled. After examining the situation up close, Victor determined the microwave itself had given up the ghost (a one year old GE unit!) - nothing he could fix - but felt our pain (Thanksgiving cooking suddenly problematic) and left wishing us well, w/o charge. So grateful to find Victor and the entire Electrisource team to help us with our ring doorbell not working because of no power. From beginning to end everyone was so great! Victor responded quickly and cordially to my inquiry, giving me a fair estimate. Andrea was so helpful in scheduling, even when I had to reschedule, she found a day/time that would work for me. Sam who came to do all the work was amazing! First he found our transformer behind our water heater, which we looked high and low for and couldn't find. He confirmed the work needed, which was in line with what Victor said may be the issue.
