The film used is also warranted, never an issue when filing a claim with him. Recently have bought accessories, floor mats, bed cover and an extended bed cage, from his business also. Competitive pricing and I believe the warranty for these items is extended when you buy from Extasy. I recommend if you want quality tint done on your vehicle, take it to Extasy. We had originally set up an appointment for 9:00am. Due to unfortunate circumstances courtesy of Starbucks on Lee Trevino's inept ordering system (don't ask), I was running about 15 minutes late. But luckily the dude was cool with it once he called and I assured him I was totally on my way. It didn't really seem all that busy when I walked in either. And I *think* he was by himself that day. I'm not even sure if other people work there, to tell the truth. But it's my first time so...don't take my word on that. After my recent BMW purchase, I only needed the two front windows tinted. I can't speak for everyone else's experiences. But as far as I'm concerned, the prices here are very fair. I only had to pay $70 for two windows. Granted, I drive a subcompact SUV now but...I'd like to think this place is quite consistent when it comes to pricing. We'll soon see once we take my wife's car in to get all her windows tinted. As you probably already guessed, the job was done very professionally. It only takes about a day and a half or little more for the tint to settle enough to roll down your windows again. Mine had NO bubbles whatsoever. Ultimately, dude did a solid job and the whole thing only took about an hour. I'd recommend this place over the likes of, say...Audio Express any day. I also highly recommend scheduling an appointment beforehand. This guy apparently gets booked up fairly quickly. He can also quote you a price over the phone (or on Yelp). Actually, my quote was originally $5 higher. So, that's good. Don't get me wrong, I don't wanna come back haha...but if I need to or know anyone else who needs to, I'm recommending these guys! They look up your VIN and can give you an estimate quickly without even bringing in your vehicle. They ask for a down payment upon scheduling your appointment. I hear they take walk-ins and same day for folks with smaller repairs. We needed our entire windshield repaired, so there's that. Since our vehicle was newer and has some tech features, it also needed to be recalibrated which can get cost. Easy peasy for these guys! Our vehicle was ready sooner than the estimated time too! I left my key and went to work. They called me a couple hours later to let me know it was ready (which I was pleasantly surprised by as they were B*U*S*Y on Monday). There's 3 things that stood out to me about everyone I interacted with at E&R Automotive…read more 1. They all spoke to me like a human being, not a robot regurgitating a script. This made me feel like they actually cared about the specifics of my vehicle, not just a sheet of repairs to check off. 2. They were honest. Before I brought my vehicle in, I had called with questions about it first and a quote. As with any mechanic, they need to see the vehicle and run their diagnostic before giving an official quote but I knew a general idea of the repair so I was asking around to see what different mechanics charge for their labor rate per hour. I liked E&R enough to called them back but was given a different hourly rate from the first phone call. Without hesitation, the employee very genuinely and respectively said they would honor the first rate I was quoted. 3. When Eddie called me with the quote after the diagnostic and when I picked my vehicle up, he educated me!! He explained to me and taught me what the problem was and how that happens on different vehicles. He had already earned my trust but this just emphasized more so that he and his employees are trustworthy. Everyone I interacted here was respectful. The quality of work on the vehicle was exceptional. I could tell they were very thorough and tested the vehicle well after they made the repair to ensure it was fixed and there were no more leaks. I had taken it to the dealer before I took it to E&R and E&R saved me! I really just can't say enough good things about E&R Automotive, highly recommend!
