Amazing!!! If you ever need precise permanent hair removal she is your go to gal. She never misses any hair. She schedules you for exactly how long it is going to take to remove hair at your desired area. Very hygienic, all her utensils are thoroughly sterilized, she also makes sure you have limited redness with an relaxing moisturizing cleanse at the end of each procedure. Every time I go I see less and less hair on my face. She is extremely talented at what she does and I'd recommend her to anyone and every type of hair. I had both blonde and dark facial hair. I started my sessions for one and a half hour, now about a year later I only come for 45 minutes. Pain is bearable btw, if you've done laser or threading this is about the same pain scale as those procedures. I can tell you she does wonders. Life altering results that are permanent once you complete the whole electrolysis process. It is so much better than laser, where you just keep going and going and then you never know when your hair is going to stop coming in and your results are temporary. Been going to Anna for years now. I couldn't be happier with the results. I starting going to her initially for the hair on my cheeks. I was seeing good results, but a few people suggested I laser my face because it would be show faster results. So I made the worst decision and started to laser which ended up in a disaster because it caused new hair growth in places that never existing before. It was horrible. If you have unwanted facial hair (is it ever wanted? :)) I highly recommend giving Electrolysis by Anna a shot. She is a professional and does the job really well. Where do I start... As a registered nurse that has worked with laser hair removal, I've seen so many people struggle with hair that doesn't go away after many treatments, as well as hair that has been stimulated by laser. It is a nightmare and seems impossible to get rid of, but I can confidently say electrolysis is the best and only way to permanently reduce and remove stimulated hair. After having laser-induced hair stimulation on my face and shoulders that didn't go away with 20+ laser treatments, I decided to try electrolysis. I went to a few places before finding Anna... One with an old machine that hurt like hell and left a lot of pigmentation on my face, and one where the electrologist was very slow and would would take forever to get a small portion of my hair removed. When I finally found Anna, I was surprised at how fast and efficient she was. She always keeps her environment clean and uses an aseptic technique, which surprisingly some places aren't very diligent about. Also, I cant believe how much less painful her machine is... And I'm really really sensitive when it comes to electrolysis pain. Its the first time Ive been able to tolerate it without piling on loads of numbing cream before treatments. My skin is also very sensitive and used to take up to a week to recover after electrolysis, leaving pimples that would turn into scabs and eventually leave pigmentation on my skin. Ever since I started with Anna, my skin will get better in just 2-3 days leaving no scabs or pigmentation whatsoever. Now for the most important part: the results. I am amazed at how much permanent hair loss I've had. Keep in mind, it does take more than one treatment, but even after the first, you will see great results. Also, for hair that has been stimulated by the laser, (I like to call them "mutant" hairs), it may take longer, because usually there will be a lot more and they will be very coarse.... But keep at it, I promise you will not regret it and will be so happy with the results. The only thing left to say is that besides loving her for her work, you will love Anna for her awesome personality... She's just a doll. read more

I have had electrolysis off and on for over 40 years and have had success with various technicians, however I now know that the machines they used are outdated and make the process slower and more painful then is necessary. I found Anna on Yelp and am so very happy I did. She has made amazing progress with me. I never had any intention of doing my upper lip as it was way too painful, but honestly, the machine clicks once, she takes it as fast, and the hair is gone. I can't believe how fast she is and how much comes off in just 15 min. What I used to spend an hour doing, she gets done in 15 and it's not coming back. For those of you that have had the older style machines, you will be shocked at the speed in which Anna works. For those of you having electrolysis for the first time, you may as well start with Anna. I use "Numb Master" from amazon about 1/2 hour before I go and it helps with the discomfort. I am quite disappointed especially after feeling hopeful from all the positive Yelp reviews. I went to Anna 1 time for a quick touch up appointment. Even though I was given a specific appointment time, I had to wait almost 30 min. That has never been the case anywhere else I've been. Only reason I contacted her was because my electrolysis lady was out on leave. Well after that appointment, I tried to make an appointment with her again last week and she offered an appointment time that did not work with my schedule. She said she'd confirm her appointments and her back to me that night. That was 7 days ago. I contacted her again yesterday to follow up and never received a response. Even if her work may be good, the customer service is lacking. You are in business because of customers. You'd think one would be responsive when a customer wants to give you business. Ignoring them really shows a lack of professionalism and wastes people's time. read more
