She was nice initially till she realized I had a Groupon. Her whole demeanor changed. When I was paying for the treatment, the secretary asked if she should schedule a follow up, and the injector said no need she has a Groupon. For background, I have used botox before and received it in Korea at a skincare clinic. I loved the results then and thought it would be similar to that treatment. In Korea, they cleanse and numb your face prior to treatment. They also show you the bottle before they draw it into the needle. At skin perfect brothers, she turned her back to me and didn't show me that it really was botox. It could have been dysport for all I know. She rubbed a Vaseline type cream on my forehead without wiping it clean and just started injecting (after marking my muscle movement). Its only been 5 days, and we'll see in 2 weeks at its full development. I wanted an annual visit there, but after that treatment... I'm good. They did text me to see if I was happy with it. I'll find out in 2 weeks and let them know.

It was a little difficult to find, only because I had never been to this location. However once I saw the signage up top I knew what general direction to walk and eventually found it. When I walked in on 5/20 at about 4:30, I was greeted by the biggest smiles from the 2 receptionists. It set such a pleasant mood. It was a little dim but it was near closing time so I didn't think too much about it. I walked up to their wall of products after being checked in and filling out the waiver. I noticed new products on the shelf (especially the new ingrown mist they have!) so I wanted to see what that was about. Before I could read the bottle Shaely came and got me for my appointment. When I walked in I let her know about my lack of dry brush usage due to not packing it when traveling and that I did have an ingrown! Shaely was incredibly gentle, working around the area AND she even brought up the products I was just looking at. She dove deep into explaining the differences in products and which would be best for me. After discussing my regimen and needs from a product, I bought the ingrown wipes. Since I already own some EWC serums, she gave me a little routine recommendation before I left. It was honestly one of the best EWC experiences I've ever had! My ONLY gripe with EWC (not specific to this location) is that the pricing varies per location. I wish it was just an even price throughout every location.
