So I proceeded to start changing my tire to put the spare on and Tommy came over asked me what was wrong and said he would go and check to see what he can do to help. He then came back and said that he could take my car in right away. He did all of that not knowing if my tire was an America's Tire or not. But yes my tire was bought there and he not only fixed my tire he checked all of the rest of the tires made sure that all tires had air and got me back on the road rather quickly. The store is huge, very clean, and seemed to have plenty of employees working. It took a little while to get to me since they already had a lot of scheduled appointments, but once I met Pedro, everything went smoothly. He took great care of me and answered my questions while I decided which tires to buy. What really impressed me was that they had already pulled my car into the service bay and started working while I was making my decision. After I chose my tires and paid, I sat down expecting the usual long wait. To my surprise, about 10 to 15 minutes later, my car was ready to go. I was completely shocked. I've spent hours waiting at other tire shops, but not here. These guys work efficiently and provide great customer service.
