I had a fabulous gel cat eye manicure with Kay. I have a lot of cuticle and he spent a lot of time cleaning up my claws, I didn't recognize my own nails after. I love coming here every month with my husband to treat ourselves to a pedicure. The lemon pedicure is our favorite and we love the hot stone massage. I went in with a design in mind hoping they could execute it and they went above and beyond. they gave tips and suggestions on ways to elevate the design and worked hard to find almost exact color matches. the set lasted 3 WEEKS without a fill and still looked wonderful. i went in this weekend to get a fill and the same thing, they went above and beyond to give me suggestions and tips to elevate it beyond my ideas. they pay very close attention to detail and constantly check in to make sure everything is to your liking. definitely making this my regular nail salon! the salon itself is very clean with nice subtle music playing in the background, and is overall very relaxing. read more

I've only gone here a couple times and the service made me feel uncomfortable, annoyed and upset. It's obvious that I have eczema but I hate talking about it and feel uncomfortable when people bring it up. The ladies who were doing my nails and pedicure kept on bringing up my dry skin over and over and how I should put ointment on it. Things that I already know and I'm trying to already work on. It's one thing if they mention it once but they were talking about it to me for almost 3/4 of the time I was there getting my nails done. I felt uncomfortable and upset. Also during my nail service my nail lady ending up saying she would be back but took 15 min to do something(I'm pretty sure to eat). Overall I don't think I plan to come back. My mom and I have been coming here since they opened last year! The inside is clean and decorated very beautifully. Emily is very sweet and always welcomes you with a smile. All of the nail techs I've gotten do a great job. Yen, Rachel, and Mia have done multiple sets for me and I'm pleased every time. Everyone's technique is very consistent and their color selection is wide. I usually do builder gel, but have done Gel x in the past with no breakage or lifting after 3+ weeks. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I got a pedicure done here and the service was bad. I had to keep pointing to her areas that she was ignoring. At one point I had to take her tool and show her the dirt she had left under my nails. She wanted to do her job quickly and get done with it, not caring if she was actually doing it properly. Service was so bad, she kept pointing at me and scowling and talking to her colleagues in her native tongue. Overall, bad service, not going back here again! read more

Elegance is wonderful! I came here after seeing a friend's beautiful nails and asked where she got them and she let me know it was Elegance Nails & Spa and that it's a new salon! Firstly, as always, parking: This shares a parking lot with Best Buy and there is tons of parking. There are 2 ADA spots right in front of the salon as well as 3 non accessible spots, then there are hundreds of spots all around. Truly, no trouble with parking, could not be easier. Secondly, the salon is very beautiful. It is bright, very clean, and has a very sleek and elegant interior. The decor is lovely and effective, the nail polish bottles on display are also beautiful. They give you a book of their polish options which I loveeeddd compared to looking at the polish wall I've seen in other salons. I got both a manicure and pedicure as my cuticles needed lots of love, and I feel the quality is extremely good with a very reasonable price point (much lower than some salons in the area that I feel offer the same/less service). I got the fancy pedicure option for extra care for my neglected toes, and the mid-tier manicure and both felt soooo luxe! They provide water and fruit to start, and the entire experience feels like a real treat. The staff are very friendly and skillful. Emily is SUPER nice and warm and welcoming, too! My nails look beautiful and the nail prep they did before painting is optimal and my hands and toes look so much more streamlined with their cuticle care. I got non-gel polish with no nail art and it looks incredible, no notes. I would not hesitate to come back, and would recommend it to others readily.
