I dont like giving bad reviews in case it was just once but this place is really a shame. Its a nice location but twice i have been given employees who were no good at their job. The first time she cut my toe and i had to ask for someone else. This time first the water was too hot then the footbath didnt work i had to ask to be moved. Then water so cold i had to ask him to warm it. Hes wearing a flannel shirt its 100 and a nail salon really. Then it is so obvious he doesnt know what hes doing. I try to leave they wont let me give me the lady sitting there doing nothing she doesnt use the scrub or massage my feet. I had t been in a couple months with kids b days wasted that money i saved. I came here because my sister loves the place, I had a pedicure and full set, the pedicure is great but the full set fiberglass I am not satisfied, my thumb is crooked and the nails are starting to pull off day seven, I would only do a pedicure here. read more

Found this little spot while I was early for an appointment and was in desperate need of a pedi. Tina was very polite, thorough (GREAT leg massage & 2 layers of color + a top coat) and really did a good job. Wish I lived closer. Good deal for $23. read more

This a very nice nail salon. I have had Ann as my nail specialist for 8 years. She is wonderful and the staff there is very nice and friendly. The salon is located conveniently next to Corti Brothers so parking in the shopping center is both convenient and easy. read more

Both times (my first and last) I was not impressed. I always give second chances so that's why I went back but boy was it a waste of my time and money. Don't get me wrong, the staff is very nice and very welcoming. However, they are very rough on the fingers and the both ladies I had both times messed up when painting my nails. My nails both times ended up looking sloppy from the paint job instead of clean. The second time, the lady had to fix my nails twice because she didn't properly put the powder on all the nails (she wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't said something). The lady the second time made my cuticle bleed not to mention I was disappointed that there is a limited selection of colors, that kind of ruins the fun for me. It's a rip off for how much they charge for a crappy job. I'm never going back. They're not professionals by any means! read more

Best nails in Sac. Been going here for three years, won't go anywhere else. Although I do get the same thing every time, pink and white acrylic french full set, this is the place to go for whatever style your looking for. All the workers are friendly, the nails are good quality and last a long time. Their prices are fair and you definitely get your money's worth! Also, they are FAST if your in a rush. (let me just say I'm not a real skinny person) but then one of the ladies begins to push (gently) on my stomach as if she were searching for a baby as if I was lying about not being pregnant. I have been going to Elegance Nails for many years. My daughter and I love to go in together to get our pedicures. Last week both of the staff took a "break" in the middle of our pedicures! My daughter's pedicurist was gone for over ten minutes, and mine was gone for at least five. Went in for a gel manicure. I came in around 4p and did not have an appointment so I figured the wait would be long. However, my service stopped and started three times with about 15 minutes in between to accommodate waxing which was somewhat irritating. There were so many flies they kept landing on my face and hands and I couldn't swipe them away with wet nails and all. After the service had ended, I took a look at my nails which were a sloppy mess. I pointed it out to the nail tech and she tried to remedy the problem however the gel was attached to my skin and nothing could be done. Now about a week later, the gel is already peeling off. Went here for a pedicure, first time, and it was busy, so I figured it must be ok. it was terrible. paid $37 (i think i got completely ripped off since the brochure said $30) for the "spa" treatment which included paint on all the skin around the nail rather than on it, some weird bengay smelling paste, and the loofah scrub didnt get rid of anything. plus 2 hrs later, the polish has already worn off. will never go here again. read more

I came in for a pedicure, which took two hours. The technician who worked on my kept trying to do the callous removal portion on the arches of my feet (who has callouses on their arches???). She failed to address the callous where I directed her (heel). Communicating with her was a frustrating experience. Later, the technician who appeared to be "in charge" of the salon that day came over to me after I had been under the dryer for 20 minutes. She didn't just lightly touch my polish to see if the clear coat was dry; instead, she pressed down on my polish and pulled with full pressure, completely ruining my polish. I then had to sit for another half an hour while she repolished my toes and I again sat under the dryer. I've been here a few times and the service has been "hit or miss" but I am so disgusted and frustrated by this lack of common sense by the technician. I will never come back. read more

Went into the shop on a recommendation by a neighbor. It is great! The shop is clean and Mei the owner is always aware of what is going on with each tech.Dont know what the negative reviews are about but they always are accommodating to walk ins i have seen this . When you are a regular client they are very appreciative of your business and the many walk in I have witness the service has been excellent.Please do not judge by one or two reviews the service here is excellent friendly and clean. Have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. First time there & I specifically asked if they took discover, the lady said of course we take all credit cards, but then at the end of my deluxe pedicure she said "oh never mind we don't take discover" so I had to walk to Wells Fargo in my fresh pedicure and flip flops. I got a French manicure, which looked very average. And during my massage they started to close (I came an hour before close), so they started moving my purse and things to sweep and mop, were shutting off lights & vacuumed the whole place while I was trying to relax & enjoy my massage, also while every worker in the salon were having a loud Chinese conversation the whole entire time. This place is wonderful. I have been going here for years. Right now they are under new management,but personally,I think they have always done a very good job. The salon is always clean,tools are sanitized properly,I have not had any health issues! The Girls are all skilled and very nice. I bring my mom here as well now and she absolutely loves it! I highly recommend Elegance Nails..my bffs there are Cindy for my pedicures and Mye for my manicures...any girl there will do a great job though,love the nail color selection and their ambiance.
