This is so unacceptable for mothers with little ones, for those who may have medical needs, for new customers (first impression is not a thing?), and for ALL your customers?!?! Paper towel to dry hands with was just set on the counter with wet spots. How would anyone feel clean drying off with that? They change the order from an 'off the…read moreshelf' to a 'custom' garment, and do not get authorization from the physician who wrote the prescription. The custom item is several times more costly, and risks that insurance won't pay. They say that they will submit to insurance, e.g. Medicare, but fail submit correctly. Then, they say they cannot figure out how to follow up failed insurance claims. It took me nearly a year to get them to correctly submit a nearly $4000 garment claim. I had to call the dozens of times, and instruct them how to format the claim.
