Really thought these guys were going to be good based on all the positive reviews. I don't doubt they can do a good job, but if they don't, good luck trying to reach them to get the problem fixed. I had 2 TVs (75" & 55") mounted by them last Tuesday. When you call as a new customer, Rodger the manager, is prompt and responsive. Gave me an appointment same day and techs showed up at the scheduled time. Upcharged me for the 75" tv because it was steel studs and not wood studs. Ok, not a big deal. Asked to center the tv, they measured and mounted, but they were about an inch off. Ok, not a big deal. Now mounting the 55" should be easier, right? It was, as they only spent 15 mins on it. I thought all good and they left. I usually don't like hovering when the techs worked since they are pros right? Not so...I could have done a better job. I was busy moving in so I didn't immediately check closely but once I started using the 55", I noticed the techs didn't use the proper screws and didn't screw the mount into the wall studs. They used their own smaller screws with drywall anchors. Needless to say, with the tv swiveled out, the top mount started pulling away from the wall. Now trying to get this fixed has been a pain. I called on the Sunday and left a message. No reply. Called several times on Monday, no answer and no return call. Texted on Monday, no reply. Called Tuesday and finally reached him. Said to text him my address, that he already had, to schedule the fix. I did and again no reply and no schedule. I called again on Wednesday with another number, and surprise, Rodger picked up right away. When I asked about the schedule, he said he texted but my number didn't work...such BS! Finally set a schedule fo Thursday between 10-11am. Thursday comes around and at 10:45am, got a texted stating the techs will be late, 12-12:30pm, knowing I would be unavailable after noon. Asked to reschedule to today, Friday. No reply. Called again this morning, and surprise, no answer. I decided to cut my losses and remount the 55" tv myself. Now I have to buy a stud finder. FYI, was quoted $150 for two TVs, paid $180 because of the steel studs. If I paid with a credit card, I would have stopped payment. These guys take no accountability for their work and pretend to try and fix the problem. I have had my TVs mount many times, and this by far is the worst company I've dealt with. You can judge for yourself based on the pictures I posted. If you do hire them, watch them work and pay with a credit card. However, there are many tv mounting services out there that are more responsible. I would hire them instead.

I reached out to Rodger with Elegant Mounting for a quote at almost midnight on a Friday night, and he responded right away and had two guys here the following day at the time I asked him. They showed up on time, with masks and we extremely friendly and efficient. They made sure I was happy with the placement of the TV, that is was straight and centered, and explained everything. They also gave me a wire cover, WOW! Now this is where they go above and beyond, they not only did the Tv, but helped me hang a large mirror as well. They even helped me with a TV I mounted myself and fixed the problem! I looked around and got a few different quotes and Elegant Mounting guaranteed not only did the best job, but their prices are unbeatable. I would highly recommend them to any friend or family member no doubt! Give them a call for all the mounting and hanging services you need!

After a few months of having their service. It showed how crappy their job is. I noticed that foe them to hide the cable they used an electric tape and stick it in the back of our tv. With a few dollars more I should have went with a more professional installer. read more

Rockstars and true professionals. We just moved into our dream place and needed 5 television mounts installed (because we are extreme movie, tv, etc junkies). These guys came the next day, offered a phenomenal price and were very professional and courteous. They were in and out in less than two hours and I wish I had more things for them install. He replaced all my TV's and replaced all mounts to the latest and greatest mounts to accommodate for the sizes. Very polite and kept their area clean and ensured the work was clean before leaving. Extremely detail oriented he took care of the house as if it was his own. Was willing to work around my schedule and last minute schedule change due to a conflict on with my schedule. read more

I had a contractor cancel on me last minute which was very frustrating because we gave up our day to have the work done. I found elegant mounting on yelp and decided to contact them because they were local and the reviews were good. They were able to come to my house within 2 hours even though it was late in the day. They installed my tv on the wall as desired in under 2 hrs and were very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to call them for any future installations. Elegant mounting the owner and his partner Louie and Richard came to my house this evening and really did an amazing job I could not ask for anything more. Extremely responses unbelievable timing and really save the day for me today as it was last minute to mount my brand new LCD LED 60 in LG TV on my wall they came completely prepared with all the tools on hand provided the wall mount and everything for one set price and made sure the TV is balanced and where we wanted the TV to height and everything was to our satisfaction from the starting point of coming to our house to the finishing of the job, even programmed our TV and was very helpful with a lot of patients answering all the questions that we had one by one. Some vendors we contacted were reluctant to bid on the project because of the challenges involved, especially with the elevator keypad installation. The quote was then way more than what we were expecting so we didn't move forward with the work. We were then told they had a $75 cancellation fee - something we were never told over the phone. I've never had this happen before. Even with our other handyman, plumbers, etc. - if you can't do the work, you don't get paid for NOT doing the work. We were told that this would cover gas expenses - why take a job that is out of your network? They knew our address well before coming out. Also, some of our intake conversations were over text, so I wish we discussed the job over photos so they knew what we wanted to do in terms of the job and give us a proper quote. Just felt very scammy and weird after them asking for money without starting the job.

Amazing Service!!! I found Elegant Mounting through Instagram. I didn't really have high expectations however in the end they blew my mind away. I initially called around 9pm on a Friday night. I assumed I would get a voicemail message however someone answered & immediately go to business asking my tv size, my requested placement, my location & followed up with an appointment for the following day. They assured me that I didn't have anything to worry about all I had to do was be home and direct them in the direction of my television. The following day they arrived (2 younger gentlemen) promptly at my appointment time 11am. I showed them my tv and where I thought I wanted it. They gave me a few suggestions as to why I should move it to another area. They mounted the tv within an hour and hide the wires within my wall and insisted to clean up the debris, I told them don't worry about it I'd take care of it.
