Absolutely awful. I had a great experience the first time and decided to go again. I have long, healthy natural nails and got a gel manicure-nothing fancy. The male nail tech was not paying attention and drilled a semi circular into 2 of my nails which lyre had to be filed down to correct his mistake (once I can forgive, twice means youre being careless). They switched nail techs and I thought the female tech was doing a great job, being extra detail oriented since she kept noticing parts she missed. She seemed to rush through the end after the final curing and I wasnt sure why until I got in my car. The gel was so uneven with thick, huge blobs on the end of my nails. The ends were jagged and kept catching on my clothes. It was noticeably bad (determined by her reaction and several others) and I immediately went home to file down the edges. This is after 1 week and they still are terrible. read more

I would give them 5 however they made me wait 30 minutes after the time my appointment was supposed to start. They were rly nice though and did an amazing job on my nails the design looks flawless and exactly like how I wanted I got acrylics but they used a different technique that was faster and they turned out amazing! read more

I have color all over my skin as you can see in the photos. The man was nice enough & my nails look good, but the dip powder got on my skin. Even after washing my hands & scrubbing with a nail brush, it's not coming off. I asked him if you knew what I could do to get it off & he suggested acetone. I'm sorry but I don't pay to get my nails done just to go home & spend an hour trying to remove dip powder off my skin. And possible mess up my nails. read more

I would not recommend this joint. The lady filed two of my nails so hard that it almost made my skin around my nail bleed. When she went to clean my nail with the alcohol it burned so incredibly bad. She also did not do a good job of painting as it was overall just sloppy. Nail polish chipped the next day. I will not be back and not at $20 to soak off gel and get a manicure. read more

I was highly impressed with my pedicure and highly disappointed with my full set. I was extremely relaxed and happy by the end of my pedicure and mad as could be by the time i left. My full set was rushed and awful, there's paint everywhere and was put on way too thick. I wouldn't of paid if I knew this is what i was getting. My nails are so sad and I just walked out the door. I scheduled an appointment on Friday and they took another 30 minutes to seat me, the lady who did my nails did a horrible job! I asked for dip powder & wanted them French, she made my tips uneven! And my nails looked cloudy! I told her my tips were uneven and she said they were just my nails?!?!? She went back to "fix them" and all she did was put more powder on my nails which left them looking like bubbles! I went back a couple of days later because my nails looked like they had been on for 3 weeks and were ready to come off thinking she would correct them, but all she did was file them and put clear polish. I would never go back. Waste of money. She did a horrible job. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was there at 9;05 and I checked the door, the times they are open started Saturday at 9am. I walked in and a very small Asian woman with long stringy hair and way too much make up said , "We closed, you come back at 10". I said the door says your open at 9" she said we open at 9am for Appts only, you come back at 10" I said, that's not what the door says..Long story short... I will never be back read more

This place is ridiculous. I walked in at 6:10 and was told it would be a 15 minute wait for a refill on two big toes and wasn't serviced until 6:40. I also noticed that when a woman walked in before seeming to have just gotten off of work looking very disheveled, they told her they don't know if they can do her mani and pedi in forty minutes in time to close at 7. She pointed out that it was only 6:17 and after a few words exchanged in another language, they told the woman she can take a seat. She was also serviced before me because she also wanted her eyebrows done. Another woman walked in looking more polished and over all more well kept then the woman before her and was warmly greeted and immediately put in a chair for a manicure and pedicure at 6:35.... seems shady to me. These people here will treat you based on their guess of your socioeconomic status or whether you're a previous good tipper or not. I suggest you pass on this entire shop. Very poor and demeaning service. read more

Very disappointed. I would always get my eyebrows done here until i noticed they reuse your same popsicle stick. Very unsanitary. They should get a new popsicle stick everytime to dip in the wax instead of putting the same USED popsicle stick. Someone could get a rash or worse by doing that. That is just digusting. read more
