Hannah was amazing! The nail color selection is incredible, especially the fun chrome options. She was attentive, professional, and my fill set turned out beautiful. Customer service was excellent, and the salon's new management is doing a fantastic job. This is definitely my new nail spot. Highly recommend making an appointment. I had such an amazing experience at Elegant Nails today! From the very beginning, Helen was incredibly sweet over the phone and was able to fit me in for a gel pedicure at 5:30 on a Sunday--which is almost unheard of since most places in the area close by 5. When I arrived, I was helped right away. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the level of attention really stood out. Kim did my pedicure, and I highly recommend her. She was very meticulous and gentle--something I truly appreciate since I'm pretty sensitive when it comes to nail care. She took her time, carefully removed all the dry skin, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I got the deluxe pedicure, which took about an hour and a half. It was so relaxing, and my feet feel incredibly smooth and refreshed. The pedicure was $50 and included the scrub, callus treatment, mask, and massage. I added gel polish for an additional $10--definitely worth it. I'll definitely be coming back, next time for a full nail set!

This was my first time coming here and I am SO happy with my nails! My nails were in really bad shape and I needed a refill badly, but they cleaned everything up perfectly and made my nails look amazing. I just randomly found this place nearby and decided to give it a try, best decision ever! They did my powder nails and the result is absolutely beautiful. Super clean, super detailed, and very professional. They really take their time and care about how your nails are going to look. I'm obsessed with how nice they turned out! I will 100% be coming back. If you're looking for a nail place that actually cares and does an incredible job, I HIGHLY recommend this place!

First time customers and happy with the service! I brought my daughter in looking for decent prices since she was on a budget. The lady was accommodating, attentive and ensured she understood what was wanted. My daughter ended up adding two bows at the end and she didn't charge her extra which was really nice of her. I found out about this cute little spot on tik tok... I came to try it since it was close to me. I called a little a head of time to see if they could do a pedicure for my daughter and I. Helen said absolutely come on in. She's such a bright and happy energy 100% girls girl. She took very good care of us. I came back two weeks later to do a gel x and Helen just kills it every single time. She's so sweet. 10/10 recommend calling her to get you in.

Feb 9,2024- walked in they had 2 people n spa chairs and one employee had someone getting their nails done. i walked in and asked "how long is the wait for a pedicure?" the male at the first station looked up at me from his glasses and said "we're busy".... not even able to give me a time! i am a good tipper and needed a place located conveniently near my home. I was going here consistently because I liked the service. Every time I made an appointment ahead of time yet most times I came, I would have to wait at least 15 minutes. The last time both technicians were clearly in early stages of doing others' nails, I was asked to wait 30 minutes. If I made an appointment, this is just unacceptable to me and I have now found a new salon. read more

Just visited this nail salon and had a very very awkward experience, upon entering it's a very small studio , I wasn't greeted initially and was kind of just stared at. When I asked for a full set they stated that they were much too busy and couldn't take me until 5. There were 2 people in the salon and I felt extremely uncomfortable and wouldn't recommend. read more

Normally I don't like getting my nails done at new places. But I had no choice and I don't regret it. They took their time and perfected their craft. It was a Monday night and it was empty so they both worked on me at the same time. Very relaxing. They only take cashapp or Zelle and only have 3 seats but I am not complaining. Will be coming back. I got a full set and pedicure with gel for $88. read more

This is a small salon with a tranquil atmosphere. Due to its size, it may be best to schedule your service by appointment. I had an appointment, and the service started right on time. Hands down the absolute best nail shop! And that says a lot coming from a person like me who's EXTREMELY picky. This is a husband and wife run shop, no other techs. They're extremely welcoming, friendly and kind. Everything is sanitized and clean. They both pay very close attention to detail. I only got a pedicure with acrylic overlay and it was absolutely perfectly executed. Unfortunately due to work I can't get long nails or designs anymore but this is the place for you if you're big on designs like I once was. THIS is the place you go to with a picture of nails you want and they do an even better job than the picture! Seriously their designs from marble to 3D acrylic to rinsing designs to hand painted art are absolutely gorgeous. I can honestly say I will not step foot in another salon if it's isn't this one idc how far I move away. read more

came here for the first time to get an emergency fill done because my nail tech was booked and thankfully they decided to work on another persons work. Steven did my nails and it was okay but i am biased because i'm used to my nails looking a certain way. The place was very clean and i noticed they did use new files and buffers, just not new sanding bits. I'm a bit surprised that for a fill and gel polish he charged me $40 when my sister got a full set and gel for $40 as well, i paid it because i wasn't going to argue the price but that is concerning. Otherwise, this place is definitely cleaner and better quality than most places around the southbay area. The only issue is that only two people work at a time so if you're in a rush i would call to make an appointment. read more

I came here about a week ago, it was such a good experience. The owners are incredibly welcoming and kind. They make sure you're getting a quality service and they have very fair prices. They went out of their way to pamper me. What makes me want to keep going back is the fact that I noticed they use new items with each customer such as a new buffer, file, etc. This spot is very clean and sanitary from what I noticed. read more

New to d area and this is d closest nail salon... called in first before coming... it's not fancy at all... no modern facility... but d lady was nice on d phone so I decided to get it done anyway... and I made d right decision... she's good at taking ingrown out... and she doesn't offer unnecessary things like d other salons she even said I don't need my callus removed I almost had to force her lol... she's not after ur money... she about giving service that I actually need... They do an excellent job for an excellent price - acrylics are less than $20, and I think fills are $12. They don't try to sell you extra services (e.g. nail designs, massage, etc.) - very genuine people. Only downfall is their parking lot is small (but you can usually get away with parking at 7-11 next door). read more

They ensured me that my lashes would be fine, as they have several customers that wear lashes. At the end of the appointment, my lashes were a mess. I didn't feel that she "protected" my lashes like what was conveyed to me. They were a mess, and if you wear extensions, you know how expensive they could be. So I wasn't ecstatic about that. The environment in the room was cozy, and the table was warm. The mom bundled me up with blankets and I felt good. There wasn't any calming music, and I just heard the television from the main nail room. It would've been nice to have some soothing music, to cultivate a full relaxing experience. While I ultimately enjoyed the facial, I found parts of the facial experience to be rough. She massaged my shoulders, top part of my chest and facial pressure points. Later, the daughter told me she did acupuncture as well. It was kind of hard and not very relaxing for me. At the end, the daughter said that in order to obtain the full benefits of the facials, she advised me to come at least weekly. In this economy, I can't afford to come weekly or even biweekly. I may or may not revisit.

Even with just a plain color, my nails would look like they were perfect press on designs. You can tell she's a true creative who deeply cares about her craft. I also really appreciated the one-on-one setting--it's just you and her in a peaceful, distraction-free space, which makes the experience feel that much more special. I'm so sad I moved away from RPV and can't see her regularly anymore--but I'll absolutely be making that 2-hour drive for special occasions. I saw her pull out her phone multiple times and even caught her trying to take pictures of me . She saw me looking at her and that I had my phone out and she stopped . I spoke to the owner about it and mentioned how uncomfortable and unprofessional that was . I hope he talks to her and takes the complaint serious . My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I'm very disappointed with the shop owner Helen, she's very messy in money. Her way of working is very bad, always keeping the income of the worker who does not want to be young and when returning is not enough.
