Always friendly, and a paraffin dip is part of the regular manicure :)

This place was...ok... I went for a fill in and pedi, which I knew they were going to be busy…read morebecause it was nice out... so I waited like 15 min (which isn't bad), then sat me in the pedi chair to soak... I soaked for 45 min! My water was cold... and the pedi was the most basic pedi you can get..but cost more than the other places... They did a good job on my fill in and pedi, but probably wouldn't go back due to the higher price ($10 more) and long wait..

I paid almost $30 to get my nails removed for them to not completely be removed. They open at 10…read moreand I got there at 10:15 with no appointment and I was their first client of the day. When the man approached me he had a mouth full of food and the ladies around him telling him how to take off my nails. When he said he was finished for the first time, my acrylic nail was still completely on my real nails. He was rushing the whole process, he didn't let my nails soak long enough and was shaving the remainder of the acrylic to look smooth like my natural nail. I told the main lady that my nail wasn't completely off and I didn't feel comfortable with him continuing since he didn't do it correctly before and he so clearly didn't know what he was doing but she told me to go sit with him again and that she was gonna tell him what to do and then check afterwards. Okay? I'm a nice person and I don't like confrontation, it was hard enough to tell them that my nails weren't completely off the first time. So we sit, he does everything she says and a majority of the nail came off but there is still acrylic on my nails! The woman did NOT make sure my nails were good and they didn't even think about giving me a discount for the hour and a half I was sitting there getting my nails taken OFF? All employees should be certified to do what they do, this shows not everyone at this salon is licensed and knows what they are doing.

We went around 5 p.m., and they were able to seat us together. I waited for my friend to arrive, and they accommodated us with two different technicians. I usually get the spa pedicure, but I decided to splurge and try their luxury pedicure, especially since I had a 10% birthday coupon. It was absolutely worth it! My feet were left completely smooth, with all the dead skin removed, and I felt like they really took their time. The technician even pointed out how much dead skin had built up since I hadn't been in a while, and she made sure to get it all. They have a large selection of polish types, and my pedicure still looks perfect over a week later. I don't have a particular person I see--I usually end up with whoever is available--and they're always sweet, gentle, and great at what they do.

Instead of helping me, the staff insisted I wait for the person who originally did my nails. That employee wasn't even there, yet they still had me sitting and waiting with no solution or communication. The lack of customer service and professionalism was frustrating. I expected them to correct the issue promptly, but they did not. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

I walked in and came in right after work. I have been looking for a closer to home/ work place and…read morefound this great place! They are people that came from a great salon that closed from covid. Im glad they are there and doing well. They handled a lady who was getting salty about the guy she was paired up with who didn't speak english very well. He had literally just finished my mani pedi and done an excellent job. His name is Don. I spoke up and said he did a great jon so she should calm down. She did and he and the lady at the desk thanked me for my honesty and help. I don't really care for the mistreatment of anyone just because their english sucks. That's easier to improve than bigotry and racism. They treated me with respect and I will be back!

First off, we called to make sure they had availability and was told to come in at 5. We came in at…read more5 and was told they never wrote down my gfs name down. We continued to wait another hour. Came in the middle of the week to get full set of hands and feet. Showed the tech the idea and was told he couldn't do it but didn't explain what he couldn't do. The set we wanted had gems and he said he didn't have gems. We sat down and then seen a WHOLE tray of gems in front of us. Anyways. Right off the bat, the black French tips didn't look right at all. It just seemed like he was in a hurry. While using the drill, he nicked my gf a couple times and said nothing. He cut her pinky and didn't apologize. He left glue on the nails from putting on the gems, that he said he didn't have!! My gf and her cousin complained to him and he just didn't say anything. The other nail techs noticed and looked. He was told by my gf and her cousin that they didn't not look how she wanted them at all and he didnt try to apologize or fix. We paid $105. She was charged for full pedi but wasn't given a full pedi. Her nails just looked a mess. I called the next day to complain and was asked to come in at 5 again. We showed the receptionist and was told that the same nail tech will be the one fixing her nails. My gf did explain that she didn't want him doing them again but he did end up doing them. While doing this set, again, he seemed in a hurry. The extra glue that was on the nail with the gem, he clipped it off with nail clippers and it left a dent. After hes been working on the nails for a little bit, the dent is still there. I told him I could still see it all he had to say was "I already fixed it". I told him again that I could still see it and again he said "I already fixed it". Anyways we left the second time with the same results. Overall, he just had an attitude and seemed impatient. If you don't enjoy your job, suck it up or leave.
