Key took his sweet time and did both my mani-pedi in an excellent professional manner. Tana did mani-pedi to my husband and he is satisfied. If you want delicate ask for Key. If you want firm, ask for Tana. I took a star out because the profile had one $, but it is a little but pricey. I would give it $$$. But, it was worth it. I got a pedicure a signature pedicure from Moon and she did an outstanding job. She took the best care of my feet. I am from SC and came here on vacation and she has given me the best pedicure that I have ever had. Usually it takes a lot to get calluses off my feet from working standing up all day, but she removed them all. I was shocked!!! Two of my friends and I made an appointment, and still waited for over an hour for service. They were apologetic, but it was too long of a wait for service that was not worth the price. I got a full set of acrylics. The polish was clumpy, the nails were not shaped well and bumpy. The acrylic stopped so far away from the cuticle that it looked like I already needed a new fill. My kids and I went for a pedicure while in Orlando. Elegant Nails was a 4 star rating, so I thought how bad could it be. First off, who rates these places! The man who did mine looked old and tired and I could have broke him in half, that's how thin he was. The music was loud and obnoxious (not spa like). We got spa pedicures which normally include a hot towel and exfoliation massage on your feet and calves, instead he just rubbed cream, then I asked him to rub harder. My 2-year-old grandson could have rubbed harder! He snipped me twice and at that point we should have just left. The best was it looked like a blind person painted my nails when I was done. The place was messy and dusty, where you would put your head on the chairs was a stretchy fabric that could not be cleaned after every customer. I felt like I needed a shower when we left. Okay.. soo here's the thing. We've been here 2 times now- the first time service was great. The second time- not so much. We booked an appointment for 11 and were slightly late and were not sat for at least 30 minutes. 2 out of the 3 of my party were treated with kindness and given wonderful service. We got dip and gel color. However my friend who was the 3rd in our party was insulted and not treated well during her service. Her technician implied that she was broke, questioned her color choices and got defensive when color was changed to meet the standards of where we work. She also did not get a massage after her service like everyone else in the salon- and her nail tech was being incredibly pushy to make her spend more money. Also- she had left over polish on her fingers and they instantly were messed up after her tech said they were dry. I'm not one to say rude things, but it is NOT okay to insult your client. The nail techs kept saying she was the one who messed up her nails even thought they are crooked and they rushed through fixing her nails when we went back a first time after our appointment and asked for them to fix the parts that smudged. We went back a second time and showed them how uneven the nails were and that's when they finally offered to fix the entire set and give her gel for free. However they were still saying that the smudges and such were her fault and implying the she had never gotten a full set when it is exactly what we got last time. We don't know if it's because they were over booked or if they were just having a bad day. Regardless it was negligent and uncalled for and insulting to my friend. read more

Got swindled into doing a gel dip set instead of my usual acrylic. Was told it would be cheaper and healthier for my nails. While it may be $5 cheaper to put on this set - what they choose not to tell you is that they have to remove the set each time and replace it instead of doing a fill or color change... so it costs twice as much to get them done every few weeks instead of just getting a fill. Maybe I don't know enough but I feel this definitely should've been explained me when I made it abundantly clear I've always have done acrylic sets and never this gel dip. read more

The service was not great. The lady doing my nails was rude and my mother had to wait over 45 minutes after our appointment time to even get started. Needless to say it was not worth the wait. I got a gel manicure, all my nails are jagged (not filed well) and I had to pick off gel from my skin. I am very disappointed with what I experience, I'm not convinced the lady who did my nails has ever done nails before. The prices are perfect for the quality that you receive. Everything is very clean and they offer you beverages too. My husband and I come her and I normally work with Tony for both my pedicures and my nail sets. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and he has taught me so much about protecting my natural nail even with acrylics. His wife Emily is my husbands first choice but everyone does pedicures very well. Emily is also your go to for all of the new and trendy designs. This establishment is currently under new management, so I suggest giving this place a shot if you are looking for a new nail salon or are on vacation and need to get your hands/feet pampered. The staff is very humble, friendly & professional. They are working on revamping the place, but it is very clean and well maintained. They have tons of colors to choose from with both gel and regular polish options. They work hard to accommodate everyone and take time to make your nails look perfect. I always work with Thomas, however the whole staff is very talented. They are perfectionists & make sure to catch any small mistakes before you can & make it a point to correct immediately. One of the worst nail salons I've ever been to. To be honest, I should have left. I had SNS acrylic on my whole hands got soaked in acetone for nearly half an hour while a sighing and disinterested man sat in the chair. Then an equally disinterested lady came and took over the process. She drilled my nails so hard they were sore and hot. She didn't ask me what shape I want to do my nails. She didn't ask me if I wanted them cut. She filed them short and every nail is a different shape. Then she asked me to pick a colour in which I told her I wanted gel and I picked the colour. The gel was applied so roughly and so haphazardly that it's in my cuticles up my fingers and so so rough that I will probably go and get them redone elsewhere. All in all quite disgusted. Never mind the fact that she sat there chewing gum through the whole manicure and was sniffing and rubbing her nose on her hand that she was doing my nails with. The equipment look like it had been cleaned for years and the place is in dire need of a do over including the filthy plastic plants and flowers hanging on the walls. I was quick to pay my money and leave. Mind you while waiting outside for my ride she opened the door and threw out the bowl of acetone all over the concrete outside the shop and then went back in like nothing was wrong. I don't recommend this to anyone regardless of whether you're a local or tourist. read more

The owner and his wife, closed the salon for my bridal party and I for 2 hours. They had appetizers waiting for us and bottles of water too! They did a fantastic job. If I could give this place no ratings I would. I was not fond of the staff the nail lady was very rude after I told her not to trim my nails and she did it anyways. I left with nails half the size. I only got a polish when I went in and she still managed to do an awful job. Was so disappointed because I've come in here for a pedicure and they did a decent job.
