I would put less than 1 star, there are a few rude people there. The first time was a charm, the 2nd time, was horrible. The lady snatched my daughter's fingered and started blowing loudly when she told her that it was crooked. I have never seen anyone so rude and abusive, she was burning her fingers while buffing. I will not pay them one penny ever again and I have told 3 of my friends what they did. These guys are not liked anymore because they do this to all their clients that have a vision for error. They also dont reply to these messages, and post morw pictures to make customers not see their crappy jobs. read more

Where do I start! This place is horrible. My mom and I walked in on Saturday early morning since it obviously say's walk ins welcome. I found them on yelp! We walked in and let them know we wanted two gel manicures. The lady asked if we could wait 30 minutes so we said that we will go get something to eat and return. Upon walking out the door a lady runs to grab us and says that they can take us now. They sit my mom and I down where we waited 20 min for them to start on her and 30 min for them to start on me. A guy helping my mom highly recommending the nail dip and let her know that they can do that instead of gel. My mom told him that she would think about it while they are doing her manicure. After the lady was finished she asked what color my mom wanted and she said that she will try the nail dip. At that point this place had gotten pretty packed and their appointments were even waiting over 30 min. So the lady said that my mom could not do the dip when the guy told her she could. She told my mom if she wanted she could come back another time. My mom was very upset as was I. How could you just offer a service to someone then say "NO" I can't do that. Even upon arrival if the nail dip could not be done only by appointment they should say that instead of trying to convince you to do it then when you want to try it they say "NO". My mom just told the lady to polish them clear. The lady was just filing my nails in which she did a horrible job and asked me if I was still going to get my cuticles cut when I had obviously stated in the beginning that I wanted a manicure. I told her no, just to polish my nails. The work they did was absolutely HORRIBLE! Still after I am waiting for my nails to dry you can obviously tell they are talking about us when all the girls and guys that work their turn and look at us and start laughing! They do not know how to run a business and their customer service is horrible. When they were taking the gel off my moms nail and wrapped them with acetone they left it on too long and her skin on her fingers is peeling. NEVER AGAIN DO I COME HERE!!! read more

Best nail place ever! Ive been a loyal customer for over 5 years. Tu and his team do an outstanding job. Not only are they super friendly but they're also very good at what they do and they always listen and try to accomodate their clients. I have a 6 and 3 year old and they too love coming to Elegant touch... They are always treated like princesses! The salon itself is really nice and clean. They have really comfortable massage chairs along with two flat screen TV's always playing the latest movies. LOVE this place. Tu and Lily are ahhhhmazing. Ive always had gel or acrylics, I've never tried or heard of sns dip until i came here. I will never go back to gel. The sns dip last longer, allows my natural nails to grow WITHOUT damaging them, keeps my nails stronger than any acrylic, and most importantly (for me at least) they DO NOT LIFT!! Ive gone 4+ weeks without getting them redone and they stayed just as strong and shiny as the day i got them. Ive even tried to go to a place closer to my home ( that said they do the dip) but NOPE they had no clue. I learned my lesson and will continue to make the drive to see Lilly or Tu. read more

I have been to so many nail salons in my area trying to find a place to "call home" and today I found it! The right balance of beauty and care. This new location is STUNNING. The staff were very very nice and quick to offer a beverage etc. I called about 3:45pm on a monday asking to come in at 4:30 and they were able to accomodate. Lisa was my lady and she's going to be the lady I wanna see from here on. Seriously book her! I got a basic mani/pedi. She was SO GENTLE with me and when I did the callous removal she REALLY made it happen. I always get the removal to keep my feet soft but hardly anyone wants to put in the extra minutes to really get it right and get everything off. Lisa took her time making sure my feets got the BEST treatment. She Also did my manicure and again the most gentle touch yet so thorough. And she's speaks excellent English to boot so I was actually able to have a real conversation with her. Her work is also very nice and clean. I also had my eyebrows and lip waxed. I didn't catch the name of the girl who did it but she did a great job and was also very gentle. She even gave me a small temple massage which was nice and took her time making sure the waxing came out right. all in all I'm so pleased with my experience. Its about a 15 minute drive for me, there are places closer but this place is so worth it! Definitely give them a call in advance though because towards the end of my visit it got really bumpin. read more

Ok I went in there totally ignorant of their ways , I felt so dumb when I asked for gels and they do not do that. They dip and it's like art. So pretty and they are so nice, they take their time. After we told them it was our first time they explained everything and I will now be coming here every time. They are professionally trained and use OPI products. Also it smells great. Both my mom and I have been going here for years for spa pedicures and acrylic fill. All our experiences are good. Since I am really hard on my nails and by the end of two weeks my nails looks pretty bad and are sometimes chipped. Everything they are able to fix them and make them look brand new again. My only complaint is from the other day, I was getting my nail filed down when his file slipped a little and it cut me and I started to bleed. And then he just continued like nothing happened until I said I was bleeding then he wiped it away and continued. After that he put the file away instead of throwing it away which grossed me out. My mom doesn't have any complaints except certain people are a little rough when doing her feet. read more

They only do dip and they have hundreds of colors...pushing a thousand! So much better than gel painting or acrylic in my mind. My nails are so much more healthy underneath and they last 3 weeks no problem and sometimes I push them 4 weeks depending on the color. More money than I would prefer, but I'm still going - they're worth it. Family owned business and nice staff. Sometimes a little wait and a bit understaffed, but apparently it's hard to find great technicians with the dip skill. Offer a glass of wine which I appreciate! Lilly is my girl! She is a perfectionist and always does an amazing job on my nails. I've been getting the dip for probably a year now and always get so many compliments. I like having my nails long and with the dip my natural nails stay strong and aren't bulky like acrylics. If you've never been, a little word of advice: call in advance! I used to really like this salon. But since they have moved into a bigger site I think they have bitten off more than they can chew. My friend and I arrived yesterday for an 11:00 appt. we had made 3 weeks ago. She was going to get a pedi and I was getting a dip and a pedi. They started her pedicure first and I sat with my feet in the water for 30 minutes. By the time the tech came to start my pedi my friend was done with hers. Since they had still not started my nails it was going to take a good hour before I was done. We were told that 2 of their employees had called in sick and they were running behind. I told them they should have informed us of that when we first walked in as we might have wanted to reschedule. We talked to the owner (manager) when we left and he said he was sorry (very unconvincing). I never did get my nails or toes done as we had planned a lunch date and would have been very late if I had stayed. read more

I have also brought my daughters here and one of them broke a nail in within a week but they fixed it with no hassle or charge. I have been coming to this salon for almost 9 years! I have never even considered going anywhere else. They are very accomodating. I usually only have time to get my nails done on my lunch. The staff is very outgoing and will work with me so I am back to work on time. If they are very busy they will let me know what time is best which I really appreciate. When I do go on the weekends and I bring my daughter they are very friendly and patient and let her decide the color and design she wants. It is so nice to walk into a place where everyone greets you by your name and is friendly.The entire staff is awesome. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails... whenever anyone asks I always refer them to this salon.I have brought my boyfriend a few times for a pedicure as well and he loved it. I've tried a few nail places in the area, and have been disappointed by how long the wait and the service often takes. We tried out this place because it was open on a Sunday, and we loved it! The inside is clean and not the eclectic decorations that lots of salons have, as well as they had movies playing for all the patrons to watch instead of the strange tv shows. It's a classy place that looks very up-to-date. Everyone was nice, they did a great job on our gel nails, it was several dollars cheaper than other places ($27 for gel removal and re-do) and took just about an hour and half. I started going to Elegant touch about 4 months ago. SNS (dip) system is amazing. I stopped getting manicures about 5 years ago because I was so sick of the polish chipping hours after I left the salon. My nails are thin and tear and flake easily. I can LITERALLY go 3-4 weeks without chipped polish with the SNS process. I have referred at least 5 friends and family who all swear by it!!! I have been here a couple times and at first it seemed good because they play a new movie every time. However I get the SNS which is a dip powder also like a gel manicure, however when I get the SNS they only do the dip powder! They don't do a massage or put on lotion or use a hand scrub. They don't even cut your cuticles. The more I went the more they became more rude and they rush to get it done as fast as possible. So for $40 all you get is just the SNS, that's it! No arm massage or lotion. They just try to get it done as fast as possible. Also they ONLY take cash!!! When I finally got to the shop, I found it to be very crowded in the waiting area (2 chairs lodged between front window and the counter). My best friend recommended this place a few days ago. I didn't think there was anything truly remarkable to distinguish themselves until I actually went. Just wow! It's super clean. Super comfortable. Super friendly. The employees aren't employees. They're treated more like trusted and loved family. The pedicure was so wonderful! Holly took her time and really connected with us. Lisa laughed and really seemed to enjoy taking care of my (male) best friends pedicure. So last night when I wanted to get my nails done of course I went back! Tu and Katy really treated me great.
