I come here because it is so convenient, and it is near my home... Also Most ladies are sweet and helpful, Last Thursday I came to get my nails done, for a special event. I decided to get chrome nails. These chrome nails are obviously more expensive, but beautiful. I was exited and happy with the results!!!! Well , the beauty ended quickly, they lasted about 4 days, I do wash some dishes with gloves, I like to do gardening with gloves, and I have a cleaning lady so point being I take care of my hands and my nails, so they can last two weeks. But my chrome nails were gone!!!!! Therefore, I do not recommend chrome nails! I came back Tuesday knowing Mondays they are closed. They told me the lady that originally did them, would have to re-do at no charge. But I had to make an appointment. I agreed!!! Today, my appointment was at 6:00 pm I came and after a long conversation and trying to be patient, trying to understand them as they tried to understand me, too We both agreed, no more chrome just regular gel. After all, while getting them re-done the manicurist kept complaining that it was my nails fault for being so thin, and she just had an awful attitude towards me... Indeed, I decided to suck it up, not say anything and roll with the punches!!! Bottom line, girls do not get chrome thinking they'll last two weeks! This is my second time here they're still outside under a tent everyone wears mask. The two girls did my pedicure they do a really good job the price is a little high $25 for a pedicure but worth it. I went in to get dip because I've been coming here for a while on and off. The woman doing my nails nicked 4 of my fingers with the drill tool thing to smooth the nails out/remove precious gel/dip. While she was doing my nails I saw a little bit of blood on 4 fingers shown. She put whatever tool she used back in her container didn't even see it get cleaned. That is unsanitary. I truly don't think you should ever resort to coming here. I came in to remove gel and just get a regular manicure. They were pretty short and just needed a rest from gel. So I start getting the gel removed and my nail tech tells me she's just going to file them. Great. Except that then she proceeds to cut my second finger nail to my meat. We both flinch and ultimately I decide I'm ok, even though it's now very sensitive when she's filing and buffing that nail. When it's all said and done, I have my card out and I'm drying my nails. She sees the card and looks at me and says it's $19. I hand her my card and she says "you don't have cash?" I said "no I'm so sorry I don't have any cash on me.." she rolls her eyes and says "then it's $1 for card" I agree and she brings me the receipt. I ask her where to put the tip and she says "you don't have cash for tip?!" I really humble repeat that "I'm sorry I don't have any cash on me" when she starts drawing the entire salons attention to me I start to panic and scramble to cal someone to my ring me cash.. someone else explains she didn't know I didn't have tip and then they tell me to go to the atm. At this point, I'm thinking really?! I'm already frantically trying to find a way to get you a tip for honestly a subpar manicure. But you're going to call me out in front of everyone and demand I go to the atm? Fortunately the wonderful lady next to me handed me $5 and I venmoed her. But honestly, this is such rude and disrespectful behavior and it's not a way to treat a customer or even other people. I was not rude to them. This place is terrible!! My girlfriend and I came here because I was pressed for time and we were in the area. BIG MISTAKE! First, she shows me the price list and I just wanted the basic ($28 - way overpriced especially for their quality - Gatsby in downtown Glendora is $22 and waaaaay better). She tries to keep tha option from me and is pointing at the $38 and $48 options. I kept saying no, just the basic and she kept pointing at the other 2 like my choice was not an option. She finally relented then proceeded to talk shit about me to the other people. I know this is to be expected, but at least wait a few so it's not soooo obvious. Then the lady let my feet soak for about 30 seconds before she started working on my cuticles. I get ingrowns on my big toes, so I need the soak so they are easier to get out....well, NOPE. She just dug on in there with barely wet feet and basically just ripped my skin off. It's been throbbing since Yesterday and am guessing it's infected. I get the same incessant pressing over getting the callous remover. I'm always asked. Sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't. Whenever I don't, I'm never asked 3 more times and then basically scolded. So again. "No!" To the callous remover which again is followed with obvious shit talking. Now, apparently because I am not worth her time, she proceeds to spends about 5 seconds with the scrubber on the bottom of my feet, maybe 1 minute massaging my feet and legs, all while looking super pissed to be there. So she gets to painting my nails and I can clearly see where the 2nd coat went in because it's no where close to the edges of my nails and it's all bumpy and uneven. So, all in all WORST place I've ever been to, and I have been to a lot of places! save yourself the shaming, toe infections and shitty paint and literally go ANYWHERE else!! read more

I have been coming here for a few months and I never get the same quality and lately they are really bad with customer service. Today I cam in and asked for a specific set of nails and design. 1st she said yes she could do it but could not find the colors. Then the shape was not available and finally when and when she put them on crooked and I called her out on it nicely and asked if she could re do it. She got upset visibly and told me it would get fixed when she cut/shaped them. It didn't get fixed, when I asked her not to continue until.she re did the crooked nail (3 nails were done) I told her a 3rd time to take it off and try again. She then said come back tomorrow because they were closing soon. Then I got upset and told her that she should have thought of that when she told.me they had time for my service! She got mad and cut off the nails and proceeded to file off the rest of the residue! So I have jacked up nails now because she prepped me but didn't finish ! She then walked away and never came back! Meanwhile Then the pedicure lady cut my toe while listening to the interaction ! Not cool! No nails, no color on my toes because they were closing and a cut finger! I got a French tip fill and the gel came off after only a week. I went back in to see if they could fix my nails and the ladies were rude and argumentative. I ended up leaving because their only idea to help me was to put more gel on. I told them on my initial visit that gel does not stay on my nails and the nail tech said that her gel stays on. Apparently not! Never again! I spent $105 dollars for a fill and a pedicure and both are peeling off after a week. read more

I have short finger nails that refuse to grow & the owner was conscience enough to come paint my nails wile instructing her employee on how to best deal with this type of issue. Went with my family to get my nails done told the kind woman I wanted a fill. The nails I got before at another salon weren't my favorite so I was excited to get my nails done. I asked for a simple black polish with the design of blood dripping which the lady then said she couldn't do it. When I asked confused why she said they didn't offer it, thats when the other lady next to her said they were able to do that so then she finally agreed to the design. The shaping and everything was normal but then came the design. She told me the red wouldn't show much but I told her that was literally fine because it's what I wanted. I showed her the picture of what I wanted simple blood drips. To put it simple the design came out bad, there was red all over my cuticles and nails and all around my fingers I even tried telling her to fix things but by the time she got to my other hand she was just rushing and I was just getting frustrated. The original shape of my nail was completely lost by the time the top coat was piled on and now they are huge and bulky. At the end she told me the price which was $50. FOR A FILL. It just doesn't make sense to me. I'm sure this salon has some nice nail techs but this is a no from me babe. read more
